Job description

JOIN TEAM MINDSET

WE’RE BUILDING SOMETHING BIG. SOMETHING NEW. SOMETHING EXCITING.

And we want you right at the heart of it.

MINDSET Charity is a brand‑new London start‑up charity with a powerful ambition:

HELPING MEN AND BOYS BUILD BETTER LIVES.

We’re not here to do “more of the same”. We’re creating something fresh, bold and full of purpose.

A community where men and boys can grow confidence, resilience, connection, skills and a positive mindset — through practical support, mentoring, buddying, real conversations, real role models and people who genuinely care. A place that helps them navigate mental health and wellbeing with support that feels human, warm and real.

But here’s the truth…

**Movements aren’t built by one person.

They’re built by teams. By energy. By people who believe.**

And that’s where you come in.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR PROGRAMME TEAM LEAD

  1. Someone who loves building things that matter.
  2. Someone who gets excited about turning ideas into real‑world programmes.
  3. Someone who wants to help design, develop and run the very first pilot programmes that will shape MINDSET’s future.

As our Programme Team Lead, you’ll work closely with the Founder to create and deliver the programmes that bring MINDSET’s mission to life. You’ll help us design sessions, activities, support pathways and experiences that genuinely help men and boys grow, connect and thrive.

This is a role for someone who wants to be part of something meaningful, creative and full of potential — right from the beginning.

  • You’ll help make MINDSET’s programmes real.
  • You’ll help make them powerful.
  • You’ll help make them change lives.

WHAT YOU MIGHT GET INVOLVED IN

  • Leading the set‑up, development and delivery of our first pilot programmes.

  • Working with the Founder to shape programme ideas into practical, impactful sessions.

  • Coordinating volunteers, mentors and facilitators involved in programme delivery.

  • Creating simple, effective systems to keep programmes organised and running smoothly.

  • Gathering feedback, learning what works and helping us improve and grow.

  • Bringing creativity, empathy and initiative to help design experiences that feel human, supportive and empowering.

  • Helping build a programme culture that feels welcoming, safe and full of purpose.

You don’t need to have done this before. You don’t need charity experience. You don’t need a perfect CV.

THIS ISN’T ABOUT BEING AN EXPERT

It’s about being someone who:

  • Loves creating things that help people.

  • Enjoys organising, planning and making ideas happen.

  • Has initiative, drive and a willingness to get stuck in.

  • Wants to help build programmes that genuinely change lives.

  • Believes in the mission and wants to be part of something meaningful.

We’ll support you, help you grow and give you the chance to be part of something from the very beginning.

YOUR TIME MATTERS. YOUR EXPERIENCE MATTERS. YOUR IDEAS MATTER. YOU MATTER.

BECOME A FOUNDING VOLUNTEER

Come and help us build MINDSET’s programmes from the ground up.

  • Meet great people.
  • Learn new things.
  • Build your experience.
  • Have fun.
  • Make a difference.

And one day you’ll be able to say:

“I was there at the beginning.”
