Your Mission as Our Volunteer Charity Administrator & Board Secretary

This is not a typical admin role. This is your chance to build the operational heartbeat of a brand‑new charity and ensure our governance is strong, compliant, and future‑ready.

You will be the organisational anchor — the person who ensures our charity runs smoothly, our Board is supported, and our volunteers and programmes have the structure they need to flourish.

You will lead on:

• Creating and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes.
• Supporting the Founder and leadership team with day‑to‑day operations.
• Acting as Board Secretary — preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring good governance.
• Managing key documents, policies, and compliance records.
• Coordinating internal communications and supporting volunteer teams.
• Helping to build the charity’s operational infrastructure from the ground up.
• Ensuring we stay organised, accountable, and aligned with our mission.

Your work will directly shape the strength, stability, and professionalism of our charity — and will help us deliver life‑changing support to adults across London.
