The Role
We’re looking for friendly, organised Events Volunteers to help us deliver high‑quality, engaging sessions that support people into work. Whether you enjoy hosting, organising, or supporting behind the scenes, this role is perfect for someone who loves bringing people together.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and delivery of workshops and job clubs
• Help run mock interview sessions with participants
• Welcome attendees and create a positive, inclusive environment
• Assist with event logistics (sign‑ins, materials, timings)
• Support networking events and employer‑led sessions
• Provide encouragement and guidance to participants
What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, confident, and approachable
• Good communication skills
• Organised and reliable
• Comfortable speaking with groups or individuals
• Passionate about helping people grow
• Able to volunteer 2–4 hours per week (flexible)
