At Unlock YOUR Potential, we are building a movement to empower NEET adults (18+) across East London. We have the mission, the passion, and the drive—now, we need the visual spark to make our voice heard.

We are looking for a creative Volunteer Graphic Designer to help us build our brand from the ground up. Whether you are looking for a high-impact one-off project to sharpen your portfolio or a regular role to help us grow, your work will become the face of social mobility in our community.

The Canvas: Our Brand, Your Vision

We are a small organisation with a big heart, and we’re sticking to our bold Orange roots. Why? Because orange represents energy, optimism, and the "stop-and-look" urgency that our mission demands.

What you’ll be building:

• The Blueprint: Helping us refine and standardise our Logo and Brand Identity so we look as professional as the services we provide.

• Digital Presence: Creating social media assets and website graphics that grab attention and inspire sign-ups.

• The "Paper Trail": Designing print-ready flyers, posters, and brochures to reach adults in local community hubs and Jobcentres.

• Impact Reports: Visualising data and success stories that will help us secure our official charity status.
