We Need Your Help!
The need in our community is growing fast, and our movement is gaining momentum — but we cannot reach the adults who need us most without a powerful voice, a clear message, and a brand that cuts through the noise. We urgently need a leader who believes in storytelling, visibility, and the power of communication to change lives.
Become Our Volunteer Head of Marketing & Communications and Help Amplify a Movement
Unlock YOUR Potential supports NEET adults (18+) across East London to rebuild confidence, access coaching, improve wellbeing, and reconnect with their ambitions. As a start‑up, we are building everything from scratch — and our brand, messaging, and public presence are critical to our growth.
We need someone who can shape our voice, build our visibility, and help us reach the adults who need us now more than ever.
This is your chance to build the entire marketing and communications function of a future charity.
Your Impact
As our Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be the architect of how the world sees us. Your leadership will determine how effectively we reach NEET adults, inspire volunteers, attract partners, and build trust in our mission.
You will help us:
-
Build a strong, recognisable brand rooted in hope, empowerment, and bold orange energy
-
Create messaging that resonates with adults who feel overlooked or disconnected
-
Grow our digital presence across social media, our website, and community platforms
-
Support our journey toward charity registration by strengthening our public profile
-
Tell the stories that inspire action, partnership, and long‑term support
Your work will directly influence how many people we reach — and how many lives we can change.

Brand Strategy: Developing our tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging framework.
-
