What You’ll Do

As our Volunteer Head of Service Delivery, you will be responsible for shaping, launching and overseeing all of our programmes.

You will:

• Design and set up our core services, ensuring they are impactful, accessible and aligned with our mission

• Develop delivery frameworks, service models and quality standards

• Build and manage a pool of skilled volunteers to deliver coaching, workshops and mentoring

• Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery and ensure excellence across all programmes

• Create KPIs, monitoring tools and impact measurement systems

• Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve our services

• Work closely with the Founder to shape strategy, growth and long‑term service development

• Ensure our services reflect our values of empowerment, dignity and opportunity
