IMPACT & DATA VOLUNTEER

Help us measure our impact and tell the story of the lives we change

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‑focused Impact & Data Volunteer to help us track outcomes, gather feedback, and measure the difference our programmes make. Your work will help us improve our services, secure funding, and demonstrate our impact to partners and supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organise participant feedback
• Track outcomes from coaching, events, and mentoring
• Support the creation of impact reports and dashboards
• Help identify trends and areas for improvement
• Work with the team to ensure data is accurate and meaningful


What We’re Looking For

• Organised and analytical
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets or simple data tools
• Good attention to detail
• Interested in impact measurement or research
• Able to volunteer 2–3 hours per week
