Unlock YOUR Potential supports NEET adults (18+) across East London to rebuild confidence, access coaching, and reconnect with their potential. Demand for our services is rising fast, and we are building the foundations of a movement rooted in hope, opportunity, and bold orange energy.

To grow responsibly — and to become a registered charity — we need passionate Trustees who can guide our mission, strengthen our governance, and help us reach the adults who need us most.

Your Impact

As a Trustee, you will help shape the strategic direction of Unlock YOUR Potential at a pivotal moment in our journey. Your leadership will influence how we grow, how we serve, and how we create long‑term change for adults who have been overlooked for far too long.

You will help us:

• Build a strong, ethical, and effective governance structure

• Prepare for and secure official charity status

• Strengthen our programmes, partnerships, and community reach

• Ensure we remain accountable, sustainable, and mission‑driven

Your decisions will directly impact the lives of adults seeking support, stability, and a fresh start.

What You’ll Be Involved In

• Shaping our long‑term strategy and organisational vision

• Supporting our transition into a registered charity

• Overseeing governance, safeguarding, and financial stewardship

• Championing our mission across East London and beyond

• Providing guidance, challenge, and encouragement to our small but passionate team

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You Bring

We welcome Trustees from all backgrounds — especially those who understand the challenges faced by NEET adults or who bring lived experience.

You may be:

• A strategic thinker with experience in governance, finance, community work, education, or social impact

• A communicator who believes in empowerment, dignity, and opportunity

• A leader who can offer guidance, accountability, and encouragement

• Someone who cares deeply about East London and wants to give back
