We Need Your Help!
Demand for our support in Tower Hamlets and the surrounding areas is rising fast, and adults who feel disconnected from the world of work are looking for real opportunities — not just advice. We’re ready to step up, but we cannot build meaningful pathways into employment without someone who can connect us to the employers who can open doors.
We urgently need a leader who believes in partnership, opportunity, and the power of mentoring to transform lives.
Become Our Volunteer Programme Manager (Corporate Mentoring) and Help Build Bridges Between Employers and Our Community
Unlock YOUR Potential supports NEET adults (18+) across East London to rebuild confidence, gain clarity, and reconnect with their ambitions. Corporate mentoring is one of the most powerful tools we offer — giving adults direct access to professionals, networks, and real‑world insight.
We need someone who can build and manage these mentoring pathways from the ground up.
This is your chance to create the partnerships that help adults step into new careers.
Your Impact
As our Programme Manager (Corporate Mentoring), you will be the connector between our participants and the employers who can help them grow. Your leadership will shape how adults gain confidence, build networks, and access opportunities they never thought possible.
You will help us:
-
Build relationships with employers across East London and beyond
-
Design and manage our corporate mentoring schemes
-
Match participants with mentors who can support their goals
-
Create safe, structured mentoring experiences that build confidence and clarity
-
Strengthen our employability offer as we prepare for charity registration
-
Ensure our mentoring programmes are consistent, empowering, and rooted in dignity
Your work will directly open doors for adults who have been shut out of opportunity.
