Your Mission as Our Volunteer Programme Manager

This is not a typical programme role. This is your chance to design, build, and lead the entire service delivery model of a brand‑new charity.

You will be the architect of our programmes — the person who ensures our services run smoothly, our volunteers are supported, and our participants receive a transformational experience.

You will lead on:

• Designing our coaching, mentoring, and personal development programmes from the ground up.
• Creating delivery frameworks, schedules, and systems that keep everything running smoothly.
• Coordinating volunteers across multiple service areas.
• Ensuring participants receive consistent, high‑quality support.
• Monitoring impact, outcomes, and feedback to improve our services.
• Supporting team leads and coaches with best‑practice programme guidance.
• Helping us build a dynamic, empowering, participant‑centred programme model.

Your work will directly shape the experience of every adult we support — and will define the quality, consistency, and impact of our charity for years to come.
