As Unlock YOUR Potential grows from a big idea into a registered East London charity, the "behind-the-scenes" work becomes the most important part of our success. We are recruiting passionate volunteers to lead our programmes and board, and now we need an organised, detail-oriented Secretary & Admin Coordinator to keep the wheels turning.
If you love bringing order to chaos and want to use your administrative talents to help NEET adults (18+) across East London find their path, we want to meet you.
The Role: Keeping Us Moving Forward
You will be the central hub of our small team, ensuring that our communications are professional, our meetings are productive, and our records are airtight as we apply for charity status.
Your Impact will include:

Steering the Meetings: Attending our Steering Committee meetings to take clear, actionable minutes that capture our strategic decisions.

Managing Enquiries: Being the first point of contact for the "growing list" of passionate people responding to our recruitment ads—ensuring everyone gets a warm, timely response.

Document Guardianship: Helping the Founder organise essential paperwork, from volunteer applications to draft policy documents.

Process Improvement: As a founding volunteer, you’ll help us set up the inbox systems and folders we’ll use for years to come.
