WELLBEING / MINDSET VOLUNTEER

Help people build confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset

About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, supportive Wellbeing/Mindset Volunteer to help participants develop confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing as they work towards employment and personal growth.

This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in coaching, mental wellbeing, mindfulness, or personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supportive wellbeing check‑ins with participants
• Help build confidence, motivation, and resilience
• Support clients with goal‑setting and mindset tools
• Encourage positive habits and self‑belief
• Signpost to appropriate support where needed
• Work closely with our coaching and events teams


What We’re Looking For

• Warm, empathetic, and non‑judgemental
• Good listener with strong communication skills
• Interest or experience in wellbeing, coaching, or mental health
• Able to volunteer 2–3 hours per week
• Passionate about helping people unlock their potential
