We have an exciting opportunity for multiple Triage Caseworkers to join the London team across various locations working 37.5 hours a week.

About the roles:

These roles offer flexibility for home and office working with travel to appointments to meet clients across London is required. Office locations are Islington & Earl's Court.

As a Triage Caseworker you will cover shifts on a rota basis Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. You will make initial contact with clients explaining Victim Supports services & completing initial needs & risks assessment, and were required making ongoing referrals. You will need experience of delivering a telephone work and processing service with clients in a similar setting along with knowledge around safeguarding issues and legislation.

You will need to be able to manage a demanding workload and to meet a range of conflicting deadlines.
