Dimensions, the UK's largest not-for-profit support provider for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people, is seeking a Campaigns Manager to lead bold, audience-focused campaigns that strengthen our voice, grow our influence, and help drive even better lives for the people we support.

The Campaigns Manager leads the development and delivery of impactful, evidence-led campaigns that raise awareness, influence policy and practice, and drive engagement with key audiences.

The role plays a vital part in improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism by shaping public attitudes and ensuring their voices are heard and represented authentically.

Working in co-production with people with lived experience, the post holder will ensure campaigns are inclusive, evidence-based, and aligned with Dimensions’ priorities and values, contributing to meaningful and lasting change.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated, insight-led and evidence-based campaigns that support organisational priorities and drive measurable impact.
• Plan and deliver influencing content that supports organisational priorities and contributes to policy and practice change.
• Work in co-production with people with learning disabilities and autism to shape campaign priorities, messaging, and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, including Involvement and Engagement, Resourcing, Communications, and Operations, to deliver joined-up campaigns.

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

• Degree level or equivalent qualification in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field and evidence of continued professional development.
• Experience of developing and delivering successful, integrated campaigns that achieve measurable impact.
• Possess strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Have a good understanding of campaigning approaches, including behaviour change, digital-first and content-led campaigning and coproduction.

As Legacy Executive for Battersea, you will have the opportunity to gain further skills and experience of the fast-growing charity Legacy sector. In this role, you will ensure the fulfilment of the wishes of those animal lovers who have been kind enough to remember Battersea in their Will and in turn will be of direct help to some of the most vulnerable animals in our society.

In this role, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the Legacy Administration team, who are responsible for the legacies left to Battersea.
• Manage your own caseload of pecuniary legacies, including corresponding sensitively and effectively with family and friends of the people who have left a legacy to Battersea.
• Have the opportunity to manage a caseload of non-contentious residuary cases, maximising the gift to Battersea.
• Build relationships with supporters, executors, family members and co-beneficiaries to maximise Battersea’s legacy income and protect the reputation of the charity.

Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: Homeworking with a requirement to occasionally work at Head Office (Vauxhall, London). The role will also be considered on a fully homeworking basis.

Salary: £47,701.95 per annum plus £3000 London Weighting (which may not be applicable depending on your home location and any agreed permanent homeworking arrangement)

Contract type: Full Time, Fixed Term (until April 2027)

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Finance Business Partner on an interim fixed term contract basis during a period of significant change for the charity. 

Refuge is transforming the way it manages its finances, modernising all aspects of financial management across the organisation with the implementation of a new finance system.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to cover this Interim Fixed Term Maternity cover contract, you will bring a deep understanding of delivering a modern finance partnering service, ideally in a charity or housing association setting.  As the Finance Business Partner in this very hands-on role, you will manage and carry out all aspects of business partnering, preparation of monthly management information and insights to meet the needs of our colleagues across the organisation.
