We have an exciting opening for a full time Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser within our friendly and supportive Income Generation Team, based at our site in Farnham, Surrey. This role will see you working with a variety of businesses, large and small, local, national and even multinational companies across our catchment area. You will be helping companies to understand the impact of their support, using stories to engage with contacts at all levels and helping to support them with events, challenges, sponsorship and volunteering. You will have the opportunity to come up with new ideas to engage and build the support of our corporate partners. It’s a fun and varied role and no two weeks are the same, so you’ll need to bring lots of energy to the position!

About You

A successful Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser will:

• Have experience working within corporate charity partnerships or a commercial business development/account management environment with transferable relationship management skills
• Have the ability to work in a busy team, managing conflicting priorities and be adaptable to changing demands on your time
• Be a natural people person with strong communication skills to engage with a variety of corporate contacts at various levels within organisations on the phone, face to face and in written communications
• Have excellent presentation skills and present themselves professionally
• Have experience working with supporters/customers/volunteers to deliver exceptional service and support, with a solution-focused approach
• Be confident in managing your own time with the ability to work independently and proactively
• Enjoy building effective relationships with colleagues as part of a lively team
• Have a flexible approach to working hours as the role involves some evening and weekend working and be prepared to travel across the PT catchment area to maximise fundraiser support

About you 

To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Proven experience applying advanced analytical techniques in marketing, including segmentation (e.g. cluster analysis), behaviour prediction (e.g. propensity modelling), churn analysis, A/B testing, and data visualisation. 

• Strong skills in R (R Studio), SQL or Python for statistical analysis in a commercial context.

The Prospect Researcher plays a key role in supporting high-value fundraising efforts by identifying, analysing, and prioritising potential donors, trusts, and foundations aligned with the Charity’s mission. Job Summary:

New Direction is a Salvation Army Life house located in Braintree, Essex. The centre provides accommodation and support based on individual needs to 14 individuals aged 18 and above who have experienced homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

The Housing and Tenancy Sustainment Officer role (internally known as Tenancy Sustainment officer) is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for our vulnerable clients. The purpose of the role is to work collaboratively with support colleagues to ensure that licensees/tenants can maintain their licence and tenancies and can access services, taking appropriate action on breaches of licence agreements/tenancies, including antisocial behaviour, and to maximise outcomes for tenants and The Salvation Army.

• Level 3 qualification in related field or willingness to work towards it

The Role

About the Role

As a Centre Assistant, you will help ensure the effective, efficient and safe running of the visitor centre, retail space and surrounding facilities. • Ensure every Emergency Department and Critical Care unit has a suitable bereavement suite

• Ensure that immediate bereavement support is available for all affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
• Provide a professional counselling service and other therapies for those affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
• Provide support to individuals who witness the sudden death of a child or young person
• Provide support and training to professionals from any sector who may be affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
• To advocate and campaign on behalf of suddenly bereaved families

2wish has been established since 2012 and has since grown from strength to strength. During this time, we have worked tirelessly to embed our service and ensure that the offer of support is made at the point of death.

We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We work in partnership with professionals who refer into the charity on behalf of families, so they don’t have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.

We were founded as a Welsh organisation providing immediate casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.

In January 2024, we expanded into ‘phase one’ England, namely Cheshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Somerset. And in July 2025 we expanded into ‘phase two’ England, namely Merseyside, Devon and Cornwall, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

The Business Services Officer provides high quality administrative and operational support across governance, IT, facilities, data protection, recruitment and general administration.
