Collaborative Relationship Building and Team Work: You are a team player and are able to build credible and trusting relationships both internally and externally.

Compassionate & Empathetic: You have the ability to listen and hear an individual’s story without judgement or bias. You are able to seek new and innovate ways to help individuals, focussing on their strengths and assets and starting from a positive place.

What the role will offer you:

  • Developing you and working with you to support you with your personal and career development plans.
  • Commitment to the culture of learning and with regular learning opportunities within the team where everyone can come together as a team to problem solve and share learning.
