Location: Our well-equipped office is in Clerkenwell, London, EC1R 0NE. Staff are currently working in hybrid locations with a general requirement to meet colleagues once a week in the office and to attend a monthly all-staff meeting in London, although we will always take into account personal circumstances.

Role Summary
As Senior Behaviour Change Programme Officer, you’ll be a vital part of our Communications team, working with colleagues to shape powerful, consistent messages that are clear and well-framed.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Programme Manager and as a key member of the team, you’ll have opportunities to get involved in and learn skills across the full marketing and communications mix.

About you
Highly experienced as an IT thought leader and manager with technical experience, you will combine a strategic mindset with a truly hands-on approach. Developing strategy, as well as leading and managing IT and digital change projects should be second nature to you. Similarly, you will be experienced in mentoring teams and controlling websites, CMS platforms and integrated digital systems. A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline would be beneficial, alongside knowledge of data protection legislation, digital accessibility and inclusion, Squiz DXP, Azure, Intune and AWS. However your ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues is just as important. The Community Fundraising Assistant (Ramadan Campaign) plays a crucial role during Ramadan. The role provides critical support in fundraising collections and events.
