We are looking for a highly organised, digitally confident person to help us run a new online resource hub for schools and kitchen teams. The national school food hub will give school chefs and staff across the country access to resources, online training and support to build a positive food culture. 

You will play a key role in making sure the hub is kept up to date, easy to use and continually adapted to the needs of its members.  Day to day, you will look after the website content and user journeys, monitor the member forums, manage our CRM systems, and report on data to help the team understand how the hub is being used.

 About you and the role

This role will initially support the set up and roll-out of the national school food resource hub, in collaboration with internal and external partners. With the hub still in its design phase, you will be joining at a crucial time, to ensure it is ready to launch in the Spring. Our ultimate goal is that every school in the country has access to, and is using the resource hub to support their crucial role in shaping kids’ eating habits for life.

Working closely with the Membership Programme Manager and Content and Resource Officer, your role will be to manage the day to day administration of the resource hub, ensuring it is continually updated with new content, resources & recipes and live event details.

You will support the creation and maintenance of the e-learning modules, and with a national forum for school chefs embedded on the site, you will also be responsible for monitoring and moderating user generated content. 

Your role will also include maintaining and updating the platform's CRM, ensuring member information is accurate and up to date, supporting the administration process for new members, and responding to member queries relating to the site or their access. 

You will also support the team & partners by providing data to support the development of the platform and for the monitoring & evaluation team to demonstrate the impact of our work. 

Other elements to the role will include sending mailers & newsletters through the platform and supporting our Procurement Manager with analysis of procurement data.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day administration of the resource hub, ensuring content is accurate, well presented and on brand.

• Update the site with new copy, case studies, tools and resources, working with programme leads and partner organisations to gather content.

• Upload, schedule and maintain webinars, training sessions and online events, including setting up registration pages and follow up emails.

• Monitor and moderate user forums and discussion spaces.

• Manage user accounts and permissions, including setting up new organisations, troubleshooting and supporting user issues.

• Maintain and update the platform’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring school data is accurate, complete and compliant with data protection policies.

• Support the administration between the platform’s system and our internal CRM system, helping to keep records aligned and flagging issues or data quality concerns.

• Support the set up, maintenance and reporting on e-learning modules, including course content, enrolment lists and completion data.

• Ensure the resource hub supports our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

• Work closely with our external developers, logging bugs, testing new features, and providing clear feedback from users and staff.

• Complete regular procurement and programme data analysis, including cleaning, organising and visualising data to help the team understand trends and identify gaps.

• Prepare simple dashboards and reports on website usage, CRM data and e-learning engagement, using agreed templates.

• Share data and analysis with internal and external stakeholders in clear, accessible formats.

• Support teams to send email mailers and newsletters through the platform.

• Help to maintain basic documentation for the hub, such as user guides, FAQs and internal process notes.

 Essential skills & experience:

• Strong digital confidence and interest in websites, online tools and data.

• Experience of working with content management systems (CMS) or website back ends.

• Good written communication skills, with the ability to edit and format web copy so it is clear and engaging.

• Strong attention to detail, especially when entering, cleaning or checking data.

• An organised approach, with the ability to manage your own workload, juggle different tasks and meet agreed deadlines.

• Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms and e-learning tools.

• Comfort working with partners and external suppliers, such as website developers or peers at partner organisations.

About the Role

This role work closely with country teams to ensure they have the support required and will involve travel to programme locations.

This role would suit someone with M&E and project cycle experience gained within a peacebuilding or development iNGO. This is an exciting entry-level role in the environmental sector, offering a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience delivering river restoration and habitat enhancement projects. You’ll work within our Restoring Rivers and Catchments (RRC) Team, supporting projects from design to delivery and making a real difference on the ground.

What you’ll do:

• Work on construction sites implementing projects that restore rivers and improve biodiversity.
• Tasks include removing weirs, installing fish passage easements, creating wetlands, digging ponds and scrapes, planting hedgerows, and delivering large-scale habitat enhancements.
• Assist the Site Manager with preparation, day-to-day site operations, and practical implementation.
• Learn to use tools and machinery safely, including chainsaws, brushcutters, and dumpers.

Senior Practice Development Lead (National Systems Change programme)

Home working with travel throughout England and Wales

In terms of travel, we would estimate that the successful candidate would need to be able to travel

around 1-2 days a month to delivery sites and/or head office for meetings.

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.

In July 2025 the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. To end domestic abuse, we must address the source of the problem - the perpetrator.  This funding will make a huge difference to our efforts to support survivors, by holding perpetrators to account, stopping them from causing further harm and giving them the chance to change.

The National Systems Change programme is currently focused on four systemic gaps: Children’s Social Care, Housing, LGBT+ communities, and Racialised Communities.  Sitting within this programme you will play a key lead role in progressing our work on improving responses to domestic abuse for minoritised communities.

Your remit includes line managing the National Systems Change Practice Development Leads (NSCPDL), supporting both the Head of NSC and the Practice Manager in addressing systemic gaps in the provision of services. You will also work alongside key stakeholders and partners, including commissioned projects, and victim survivor groups, to enable long term systems change.

The successful candidate is likely to bring knowledge and experience of working within the domestic abuse sector, experience of working with multi-agency partnerships and/or other voluntary and statutory services involved in the response to domestic abuse.

An understanding of systems change and working with perpetrators and/or victims of domestic abuse (including those with protected characteristics, e.g. racialised communities, LGBTQ+ people, or people with related/complex needs such as substance misuse issues, mental health) would be welcomed.

The purpose of this role is to support engagement with schools and multi-academy trusts by coordinating outreach, responding to enquiries, and helping to deliver our engagement activities. Key responsibilities:

• Support the Engagement Manager in delivering school engagement plans and activities, ensuring they align with our organisational marketing strategy.

• Help build and maintain positive relationships with schools, academy trusts and partner organisations, with the support of the Engagement Manager.

• Maintain accurate data records and ensure our contacts database is up to date with relevant school, participant, partner and engagement information.

• Maintain and update the engagement pipeline, tracking enquiries, supporting follow-ups, and coordinating the handover to programme teams.

• Work with the Engagement Manager to build upon our current onboarding and customer journey for schools and training participants, developing and improving this for future schools and cohorts.

• Work closely with the Comms team to support marketing of training programmes to schools and school chefs.

• Support Engagement Manager with incoming enquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.

• Support the delivery of engagement campaigns - helping with content and materials, logistics, scheduling, and coordinating with the Communications team.

• Represent Chefs in Schools at national and regional conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our programmes and mission.

• Coordinate event logistics such as registrations, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications, supporting colleagues where needed.

• Provide administrative support within the wider Partnerships and Impact team.

Skills & experience:

• You have interest and belief in our mission, to improve child health through improving food and food education in schools.

• You’re an excellent writer and communicator with strong presentation and communication skills.

• You have experience of maintaining and building relationships with a wide range of audiences.

• You have experience of using CRM software.

• You have experience supporting outreach or engagement activity, ideally within education, food, charity or related fields.

• You have the ability to listen, understand and interpret customer requirements.

• You demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing, growing organisation.

• A good understanding of the UK educational system is desirable.

What will you do?

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and develop our fundraising team, shaping a cross-stream strategy and an integrated communications plan. You’ll bring strong experience across multiple fundraising streams, with a proven track record of securing significant multi-year funding and building lasting relationships with funders—both individuals and organisations. Alongside leading our fundraising efforts, you’ll take ownership of our brand, ensuring clarity and consistency in our messaging, helping partners tell our story, and securing positive media coverage. 

You’ll lead the development of campaigns, fundraising and marketing activities, and digital engagement that not only enhance our national profile but also drive supporter engagement and income growth.

This is a home-based role, with travel required to and within the regions where we operate, including attendance at key events.

You will provide strategic leadership across fundraising, communications, marketing and events. Your work will be closely aligned with JET’s five-year strategy, enabling continued growth in funding and programme delivery. 

You’ll bring a wealth of experience in leading fundraising and communications at a strategic level, with a strong understanding of the sector and a track record of securing and sustaining major gifts and partnerships. You’ll be adept at managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and growing income through sustainable funding models.

The Human Resources department provides a strategic and operational HR service to the seven National Church Institutions (NCIs) and the 42 Diocesan Bishops' offices. Our HR Operations team focusses on the entire employee lifecycle providing support, advice and guidance to senior leaders, line managers and staff. The Organisational Development team lead on culture, values, wellbeing, development, and our belonging & inclusion strategy. Through our External Service team, we also offer HR support on a consultancy basis to other Church of England organisations including our dioceses and cathedrals.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Officer on a fixed-term basis for 18 months. Working as part of our HR Operations team, you will be involved in providing an outstanding proactive and professional HR service to staff and managers across the National Church Institutions, and other organisations within the Church of England.

In this role, you will be the day-to-day HR contact for NCI Staff, supporting the HR Operations Manager, HR Business Partners and Deputy People Director. You will be required to meet staff online and face-to-face and be a visible HR presence.

Main responsibilities include:

• Respond to operational HR queries via the HR Helpdesk.
• Prepare letters and documentation, liaising with payroll for employment changes.
• Monitor reports for timely DBS renewals and right-to-work checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with data protection regulations.
• Support virtual and in-person induction sessions.
• Contribute to improving HR processes and implementing HR systems.

• The postholder will be expected to work from our office one day per week (currently Wednesday)
• The office location can either be Church House in Westminster, London or The Brewhouse at Bishopthorpe Palace, York

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in an HR department, with knowledge of the HR lifecycle.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally HR systems (Oracle HCM).
• CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) is desirable.

• A salary of £12,172 (FTE £30,430) per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.

Prisoners Abroad is a unique welfare and human rights charity providing advice and emotional support to people affected by overseas imprisonment. We help people during their incarceration, when they return to the UK and need resettlement services, and we also support their family and friends throughout the trauma.

In this role, you will provide crucial advice to British embassies, consulates and country caseworkers at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) on human rights issues affecting British nationals abroad, including claims of torture and cases where a British national could be or has been sentenced to death. You will also support Prisoners Abroad’s caseworkers with advice and information on individual cases, ensuring a holistic approach is taken to supporting people jointly, and provide training on Human Rights topics as needed.

An outstanding communicator with an in-depth, comprehensive practical knowledge of human rights law (particularly relating to fair trials and prisoner rights), you must hold a legal degree and a formal qualification in human rights.
