Bridge House is a new Christian community-based homelessness prevention project that bridges the gap between being at risk of eviction and long-term stable housing.It works, particularly with men from displaced backgrounds providing short-term accommodation and holistic support in partnership with local churches for up to 10 men who are at risk of homelessness.
Through practical, emotional,spiritual, and community-based support, Bridge House helps residents build stability and transition successfully into independent living and integrate into life in the UK.
We are looking for a full-time Project Leader to lead this exciting new ministry at Bridge House.

About the Role:
Project Leader – Bridge House

You will work as part of a mission team toconfidentlylead and developBridge Housesupportedhousingproject.

You will manage the Bridge House support team to develop individual client led support plans for each resident and in providing one to one support for those individuals, always maintaining a high standard of care while also taking on a caseload of residents to support yourself.

You will maintain an atmosphere where positive change and growth is encouraged and a place where tenants can take positive steps that will enable them to move on and lead independent and responsible lives.

You will share the love of Christ and take opportunities for sharing the gospel with the guests

You will assess prospective residents’ suitability to the project.
Salary: £37,720 plus benefits
Location: Bridge House, London Bridge
WorkingHours:Full-time (40 hours inclusive of lunch breaks)
Contract: Fixed-Term - 24 months

In this new Director of Marketing role, you will lead us to invest significant resources with courage and conviction – spending money on top-of-funnel marketing today to make fundraising easier tomorrow. You will bring a campaign mindset, emotional excellence, and exquisite storytelling to move audiences to act. You will help us connect with new audiences in a deeply personal way to drive growth.
