You’ll need:
- Experience of working with children or young people.
- Strong creative facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding.
- The ability to build positive relationships with young people.
- Enthusiasm for creating activities that young people will genuinely want to take part in.
Experience or qualifications in youth work, arts, dance, teaching or tutoring would be an advantage.
Why work with us?
This is an opportunity to help shape something new at Alford House.
We’re developing our creative spaces and want to create a broader range of opportunities for young people alongside our established sports provision. You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas, develop sessions and help create a space where young people can explore their interests.
