We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Employment Specialist to join our IPS team and help transform the lives of people with mental health needs. You'll manage a caseload of up to twenty clients, supporting them to find, secure and sustain meaningful employment in line with the eight IPS principles.

You'll work closely with clinical teams, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and build strong relationships with employers to create real job opportunities. From CV support and interview coaching to in-work retention, you'll provide tailored, person-centred guidance every step of the way.

You will bring proven experience of managing a caseload of up to 20 clients, applying the 8 principles of IPS to support individuals to secure and sustain employment through both job search activity and proactive employer engagement. You will work collaboratively with clinical teams, external agencies and employers, contributing to a multi-disciplinary approach that integrates employment and mental health support. You will have strong job-sourcing skills, building and maintaining relationships with local employers and wider Pan-London networks to create sustainable opportunities for clients. Highly organised and administratively strong, you will confidently manage documentation, track KPIs and meet performance targets in line with NHS and Hestia protocols. You will take a client-centred approach, providing ongoing support to both clients and employers, including during job starts and long-term sustainment, while offering clear guidance on the impact of work on benefits. You will be self-motivated, adaptable and committed to professional development, able to manage your time effectively across community and clinical settings, maintain professional boundaries, and engage fully in ongoing IPS training and support.

We are looking for a committed and recovery‑driven Community Engagement Practitioner to join the Personality Disorders (PD) Pathway within the Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) Service. This specialist multidisciplinary team delivers psychological support to individuals with complex emotional and interpersonal needs.

In this role, you will support people to build meaningful, connected lives beyond formal services by strengthening community links, guiding recovery planning, and encouraging personal empowerment. The pathway draws on Structured Clinical Management (SCM), Mentalisation‑Based Therapy (MBT), and a range of other evidence‑based approaches to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Here's what the team will be looking for:

The team will be seeking candidates who demonstrate a solid foundation in mental health care, ideally holding NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience. They value individuals with a clear understanding of recovery principles, peer support, and the ability to work effectively with service users and external agencies. Familiarity with multidisciplinary team functions, care planning, risk assessment, and knowledge of the Mental Health Act and local resources will be essential. Strong communication and group facilitation skills, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and act professionally, are highly regarded. Candidates should be able to build positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining boundaries, work independently as well as collaboratively, and provide practical support that adapts to changing needs. Competence in IT systems and record-keeping, particularly RIO, and the ability to serve as a positive, caring role model will round out the qualities the team is looking for.

We’re looking for a strong bid writer to join our successful national Business Development Team as a Business Development Officer. Salary: £37,184.91 – £39,891.91 per year. If you’re based in London, you’ll receive an additional £4,133.14 per year - Inner London Weighting.

About the role

Change Grow Live is a health and social care charity. Across the country, we support people to make positive changes in their lives, including around drug and alcohol use, smoking, homelessness and criminal justice.

As a Business Development Officer, you’ll play a key part in helping us secure new contracts and deliver high‑quality services for adults, children and young people. You’ll work with colleagues across the organisation to develop excellent written material for bids and proposals. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and develop while using your established skills, and you’ll be encouraged to take on more responsibility as you progress.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Writing and editing multiple complex bid responses within live tenders
• Working with colleagues across the organisation to gather information and evidence
• Project managing smaller bids and proposals with support from a Senior Business Development Officer or Business Development Manager
• Completing online research, analysing data and collating evidence
• Creating presentations, diagrams and reports
• Helping improve how we do things.

About you

We’re looking for candidates with proven experience of writing tenders, proposals or grant applications, or writing in other professional or academic environments, for instance journalism, research or marketing.

You are:

• A highly competent communicator with excellent writing skills
• Able to analyse data and interpret evidence, with good IT and research skills

WomenMATTA delivers innovative services to women in Manchester and Trafford who are in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with, the criminal justice system. This includes one to one practical and emotional support, advocacy and group work.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You will bring strong experience and understanding of mental health and employment support, with the ability to help individuals find, return to, or sustain mainstream employment. Experience within health or social care settings is essential, alongside knowledge of employment models such as IPS and a commitment to employment retention and fidelity principles. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to work confidently with clients, partners, and external agencies both verbally and in writing, and build effective local partnerships.

Strong organisational and administrative skills are required, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft applications and databases. You will demonstrate a clear commitment to professional standards, including Health & Safety, Data Protection, Equality & Diversity, and employment law, and be willing to travel locally and engage in continuous professional development. A positive, person-centred, and empathetic approach is essential, along with resilience, self-motivation, and a strong belief in the role employment plays in supporting mental health and wellbeing.
