Are you an experienced Programme Lead, Programme Manager or Education Programme Manager looking for a role where you can combine operational leadership, stakeholder engagement and social impact?
EDT is seeking an ambitious and passionate Programme Lead to lead the delivery of innovative STEM and STEAM programmes across the Midlands and surrounding regions. As a Programme Lead, you'll play a critical role in helping young people discover future career pathways, develop essential skills and achieve their full potential through inspiring educational experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the successful delivery of STEM and STEAM programmes across the Midlands, ensuring exceptional experiences for students, schools, volunteers and partners.
- Build and develop strong relationships with schools, colleges, employers and stakeholders, helping to grow programme participation and regional impact.
- Monitor programme performance, KPIs, quality standards and impact reporting, using data and CRM systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate regional delivery teams, sessional workers and volunteers to ensure smooth, high-quality programme delivery.
- Support curriculum innovation and programme development, ensuring content remains relevant, engaging and aligned to learner and employer needs.

Who We're Looking For
- Experience delivering and managing education, outreach, youth engagement or STEM programmes across multiple sites or regions.
- Strong programme management and project delivery skills.
- Experience managing teams, volunteers or sessional staff.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Location
- Hybrid working.
- Birmingham office base with home working flexibility.
- Regional coverage across the Midlands, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and parts of Wales.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle would be preferred, as travel and overnight stays required.
