Join the MS Society as our new Senior Individual Giving Manager (Development).

We’re looking for a motivated, organised and creative Senior Individual Giving Manager to lead our ambitious, supportive development team at the MS Society for a 12-month fixed term maternity leave cover.

You’ll be responsible for the strategic planning and oversee the delivery of multi-channel fundraising campaigns and supporter engagement projects ensuring they are delivered to time, income targets and expenditure budgets. You’ll have space to be creative, freedom to test new ideas, and the chance to shape the future of our development programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience working in Individual Giving roles.  You’ll have a proven track record of managing successful direct marketing campaigns from start to finish. You’ll analyse results, test new ideas, and find ways to improve future campaigns.

We are working with a medical charity to recruit an Individual Giving Officer to join its fundraising team. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, this role offers a pivotal opportunity to support the delivery of the charity's individual giving programme at a time of significant growth and innovation. We're looking for a curious, analytical and proactive Prospect Research Executive to join our Prospect Development team. In this role, you'll help power our fundraising by delivering high-quality prospect research, due diligence and supporter insight that enables our teams to build meaningful relationships with individuals, trusts, foundations and corporate partners.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to identify new opportunities, uncover valuable connections and provide the intelligence needed to support successful fundraising strategies. From producing prospect profiles and briefing documents to conducting due diligence and maintaining prospect pipelines, you'll play a key role in helping us grow support for young people across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding connections and turning information into actionable insight. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and be motivated by using your skills to help create life-changing opportunities for young people.

About the role

Crisis has laid out a vision, that by 2035 we will see all forms of homelessness in decline. We will bring about this impact through our three organisational aims, by:

• Securing the policies that solve homelessness

To manage this bold ambition, we are planning in three-year cycles. Our current 2025-28 strategic plan outlines our key priorities – alongside national influencing, place-based system change, direct service delivery and greater audience engagement, we will also become a landlord for the first time in our 60-year history.
