As Fundraising and Communications Manager, you’ll influence strategy while driving hands-on delivery. You will lead and develop our fundraising and communications functions, ensuring they work seamlessly together to increase income and engagement.
You’ll oversee the operational running of these two key areas, line-managing our Fundraiser and Communications Officer, and working closely with the management team to ensure our messaging reflects the impact of our work.

Stella Maris is the official maritime charity of the Catholic Church. We are looking for a Regional Port Chaplain for Immingham and the South Humber Ports to support seafarers, fishers and their families.
In this unique and rewarding role, you'll be the welcoming face of Stella Maris in your region, visiting ships, listening to crew members, and offering practical, pastoral and spiritual support to anyone in need, regardless of faith or background.
About the role
No two days are the same. You might spend the morning visiting ships and listening to crew members' stories, help someone contact their family back home, support a seafarer in crisis, or offer a quiet moment of prayer on deck.
You'll also recruit and support a team of volunteers, work closely with other maritime charities and local partners, and build strong relationships with parishes, dioceses, and port authorities. You'll be part of a nationwide network of Stella Maris chaplains, supported through regular meetings, retreats and professional development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Visit ships regularly to meet seafarers and fishers, responding to their pastoral, practical and spiritual needs.
- Provide practical help such as transport, communication access, and emergency or crisis support.
- Offer spiritual care to Catholic seafarers and facilitate the religious needs of those from other faiths.
- Recruit, train and support Stella Maris volunteers.
- Work collaboratively with other maritime charities.

At our North West London Home, we are recruiting a Head of Kennels who will share our compassion and commitment for animal welfare to provide front line leadership to our team of Kennel and Animal Care staff and volunteers. We care for up to fifteen dogs on site, in addition to dogs placed into foster homes. Our Head of Kennels is responsible for managing the day-to-day smooth running of our kennels and maintaining the wellbeing of all dogs in our care, so that their individual physical and psychological needs are catered for adequately, and in line with our standards and ethics.
This is a high profile and hugely important role for Mayhew as our Head of Kennels oversees each dog's journey through Mayhew from in-take to assessment and then to rehoming. Working with staff and volunteers across the Home, foster carers, adopters, other charities and rescues and members of the public, our Head of Kennels is instrumental in ensuring that our dogs have all they need - from feeding, exercising, cleaning, and socialising to finding their perfect forever home. Leading a small team, our Head of Kennels is responsible for managing all aspects of our dog in-takes, adoptions, fostering and Pet Refuge (read more here), managing our capacity to ensure we help as many dogs as we can and ensuring our dogs are rehomed to a home suited to their individual needs as soon as possible.

About the Role
The Operations Manager role is a new and senior position within African Rainbow Family and will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s strategic and operational development.

About the Role
The Events & Community Fundraising Manager is an integral part of our ambitious and forward-thinking Fundraising & Communications team.
This postholder will deliver The Connection at St Martin’s Events and Community Fundraising activity. They will line manage the Events & Community Fundraising Assistant, with a particular focus on their work on our annual Pilgrimage event. Role purpose and main responsibilities
To lead our work on the Next Gen Talent Career Programme and support our other programmes helping young people (aged 16 to 25) access careers in professional services, banking, insurance and property.
Through our programmes, we help to develop young people so that they are equipped with the professional insights and skills needed for the workplace. We do this via a high-quality curriculum of events, including masterclasses, bootcamps, career coaching and mentoring that involve our corporate volunteers.
The Senior Programme Manager will take the lead on delivering the programme and outcomes across the Next Gen Talent Career Programme; whilst working in a highly collaborative and flexible way alongside our other senior programme managers, career coach and the volunteering and events manager.
Main Responsibilities

Project manage the Next Gen Talent Career Programme to ensure that participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to access professional careers in Engineering.

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

· Sicrhau bod llywodraethu, cydymffurfiaeth, a pholisïau/gweithdrefnau yn parhau i fod mewn cyflwr da.
· Cefnogi'r Bwrdd gyda strategaeth codi arian ac atebolrwydd ariannol, gan gynnwys rhagolygon ariannol ac adrodd i gyllidwyr.
· Rheoli a Chyflwyno Rhaglenni
· Rheoli'r Rheolwr Rhaglenni a Phrosiectau a'r Arweinwyr Digwyddiadau Rhanbarthol yn uniongyrchol, a chynorthwyo yn y broses recriwtio ar gyfer y Cydlynydd Gwirfoddoli sydd newydd ei sefydlu a'r rolau Hyfforddwr/Cydlynydd Lles.
· Gyrru'r gwaith o gyflwyno ac ehangu ein rhaglenni craidd, gan gynnwys y Gweithgareddau Corfforol (Cerdded a Sgyrsiau, Hybiau Chwaraeon), Ymgysylltu â Gwirfoddolwyr, Partneriaethau Cymunedol a'r Cynlluniau Lles Personol (PWP)18.
· Datblygu a gweithredu Rhaglen Llwybr Marauders i sefydlu diwylliant o ddinasyddiaeth dda a chymorth cymheiriaid.
3. Rheoli Pobl a Gwirfoddolwyr
· Darparu arweinyddiaeth, cefnogaeth a datblygiad i staff, gan reoli materion fel cyflogres, salwch a gwyliau.
· Goruchwylio'r Cydlynydd Gwirfoddolwyr i ddatblygu proses rheoli gwirfoddolwyr gynhwysfawr, gan gynnwys recriwtio, hyfforddi, a 'Gwobrwyo a Chydnabyddiaeth'.
· Helpwch i ysbrydoli 100 o ddynion i roi'n ôl i'r gymuned trwy wirfoddoli.
4. Partneriaethau a Datblygu TG
· Cynnal a meithrin partneriaethau cymunedol newydd (e.e. gyda sefydliadau gwirfoddol, cyrff anllywodraethol, elusennau eraill a mentrau cymdeithasol) i wella gwasanaethau gwirfoddoli, addysg a lles.
· Arweiniodd ddatblygiad ein Platfform TG, gan ganolbwyntio ar wefan gadarn a System Rheoli Buddiolwyr (CRM) ar gyfer adrodd effeithlon, cipio data ac ymgysylltu.
· Goruchwylio marchnata digidol a chyfathrebu, gan gynnwys cylchlythyrau a chynnwys cyfryngau cymdeithasol.

· Rheoli ac Arweinyddiaeth: Profiad profedig o reoli staff ac arwain cyflawni prosiectau a rhaglenni. Chwaraewr tîm gwydn, penderfynol a hyderus, yn gyfforddus â gwneud penderfyniadau ac yn canolbwyntio ar gwsmeriaid iawn ynghyd â sgiliau rheoli pobl dangosadwy.
· TG Literate: Yn gyfforddus yn rheoli a gyrru datblygiad offer a systemau digidol (ee, Google Workspace, CRM, Quickbooks, Trello, Excel).
· Hyblygrwydd: Parodrwydd i weithio'n hyblyg o ran oriau a lleoliad, gyda chanolfan yn Ne Cymru.

· Cynllunio Prosiect: Profiad o gefnogi creu cynlluniau prosiect, gan gynnwys blaenoriaethu ac amserlennu tasgau sy'n gwrthdaro a defnydd effeithiol o'r adnoddau a'r cyllidebau sydd ar gael.
