We are looking for a very capable, adaptable and friendly administrator to lead on our day-to-day communications at our very busy outdoor learning and volunteering hub in at Skelton Grange Environment Centre in Southeast Leeds. This beautiful eco-building is set in a 10-acre wildlife area in south Leeds and welcomes over 7500 people a year to a range of education, health, job skills and recreation opportunities in the natural environment.
You will be dealing with enquiries face to face, by email and over the phone, as well as leading on our marketing and publicity to promote our education, volunteering and community opportunities. We are looking for someone very organised, efficient and who enjoys the business and vibrancy of a community hub.
You will often be the first point of contact for new enquiries from volunteers, teachers, community groups and more, answering questions by phone and email, as well as welcoming presence for new visitors on site with induction tours or preliminary visits.
You will have oversight of our external publicity plan, using a range of platforms including social media, Eventbrite, digital newsletters and print media to promote our education, volunteering and community opportunities, and to highlight the successes of our work. You will need confidence in using a range of publicity tools, and in working with our delivery teams to create content.
You will be involved in planning, coordinating and supporting our community events, training and room hire offer - working with our staff and volunteer team, as well as with external providers to help make sure that spaces are set up and accessible, and that things go to plan on the day!
You will be looking after the administration of many of our day-to-day systems- around bookings, invoicing, procurement, filing, and some reporting and evaluation - so an efficient and organised approach will be important. The Senior Supporter Engagement Manager will lead the strategic development of personalised, data‑driven supporter experiences that deepen engagement and maximise long‑term value. This role oversees the design and optimisation of multi‑channel supporter journeys, with a key focus on the creation and delivery of the email, SMS and What’s App communications, as well as our loyalty‑focused communications such as Cure Magazine, supporter newsletters and seasonal loyalty comm such as Christmas Cards. You’ll be a resident expert in marketing personalisation and data automation through martech tools.

· Lead the creation of loyalty‑focused communications that build long‑term relationships and increase lifetime value and deliver on our supporter experience principles – including communications such as Cure Magazine and E-newsletter.
· Work collaborative with Senior Supporter Relations Manager to develop stewardship frameworks that recognise and thank supporters at key moments – including the coordination of an ARUK approach supporter Christmas and Seasonal greetings.
· Ensure collaboration within these organisational supporter loyalty communications is effective leading for RACI and levels of approval.
· Lead for your team adhering to GDPR-aligned audience management and safe data activation.
Leadership & Collaboration
· Manage and develop a multi‑disciplinary team across your key responsibilities, fostering a culture of audience led, testing, continuous improvement and joined up thinking, planning and delivery.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across fundraising, digital, brand, data, insight, info services, policy and campaigning, and research teams to ensure alignment and shared priorities.

Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity to join RSPB Cymru and lead delivery of the Caletwr Catchment Integrated Natural Resources Scheme (INRS), funded by the Welsh Government, in Conwy, North Wales.
Working closely with a cluster of farmers and a wide range of strategic partners, the project will demonstrate how sustainable farming and food production can deliver significant benefits for nature and natural resources. It directly supports key RSPB Cymru priorities, including peatland restoration and Curlew conservation.
A central focus of the role is establishing effective, joined-up advice and support for farmers engaging with the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS), helping to shape delivery at both farm and landscape scale.
About the role
As INRS Project Manager, you will provide overall leadership, coordination and delivery of the Caletwr Catchment Project. You will establish robust governance, manage budgets and resources, and ensure delivery remains focused on agreed priorities and outcomes.
Strong partnership working is essential. You will work closely with the farmer cluster and key partners including Natural Resources Wales, Eryri National Park Authority, The National Trust and other advisory bodies.
You will provide strategic direction and day-to-day support to the Farm Support Specialist and project team, ensuring effective delivery of joined-up advice and coordination to achieve landscape-scale objectives such as Curlew recovery. While primarily a leadership role, it will also involve selective hands-on engagement where this strengthens delivery, resilience or impact, including farmer engagement and practical action.

The Protected Landscapes Partnership and Defra are supporting our Partnership to catalyse progress towards the UK’s nature commitments across these special landscapes through the multi-million pound Big Chalk Nature Recovery Fund. The Nature Recovery Fund Officer will administer and develop the systems and processes underpinning our grant-making.
The Big Chalk programme is hosted by the National Landscapes Association, which represents the UK’s National Landscapes (Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty). The Association is a charity and non-profit membership organisation. The team advocates, communicates and fosters collaborative action which supports National Landscapes to be as effective as possible, championing their interests with governments and delivering national projects.

London National Park City is looking for a friendly and energetic community organiser to join our small staff team as a Ranger Coordinator. This is a two year contract role for at least four days per week, to support the delivery of our Ranger programme and activities across London.
You will work closely with the Community Director to support the development and confidence of individual Rangers, help deliver our ranger training programme, and support the recruitment and induction of new volunteers into our community, and embody the culture and community that makes our rangers feel supported, connected, and valued.

Key Responsibilities
Community Organising & Ranger Community
Act as a key point of contact and support for Rangers across London, helping them feel connected to the wider community and to London National Park City while getting to know them and their needs individually.
Lead on the assembly of our River Rangers cohort, bringing together new and existing Rangers whose projects are connected to our rivers and waterways, and creating engaging learning experiences for them.
Facilitate local meetups amongst Rangers, making connections and introductions around shared interests and projects.
Facilitate regular Ranger group gatherings, online connections, and peer-learning opportunities that strengthen relationships across the network.
Support Rangers to lead local activities, events, and projects, providing guidance and connecting them to relevant resources.
Champion ranger wellbeing and recognise contributions in meaningful, creative ways.
Identify and support emerging Ranger leaders who can take on more active roles within the network, and help lead Ranger working groups to extend programming and access to resources.
Ranger Training and Peer Learning
Work as part of a team to support the ongoing design, development, and continuous improvement of Ranger training and peer learning, to ensure that it is engaging and accessible. Facilitate training and identify the necessary resources to support Rangers in learning green skills alongside exploring climate justice and community organising. Co-ordinate the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, communications with participants, and preparation of materials.
Support the gathering and analysis of feedback from programmes to inform ongoing programme development.
Ranger Recruitment
Directly support the identification and recruitment of new Rangers, including developing outreach strategies to attract volunteers from all of London's diverse communities.
Working with the communications team, contribute to recruitment materials on our website and digital channels.
Help manage the application and onboarding process for new Ranger recruits, providing a welcoming and smooth experience from enquiry through to induction.
Actively build relationships with underrepresented communities, community organisations, and local networks who may be interested in joining the Ranger community.
Programme and Administration
Maintain up to date records and administration on Rangers and their activities, including maintaining databases, tracking participation, and preparing reports.
Contribute to the delivery of the Small Grants programme, including supporting Rangers to apply for grants, and design their projects.
Assist with monitoring and evaluation, helping to capture stories, data, and outcomes that demonstrate the impact of the Ranger and Small Grants programmes.
Handle general correspondence and enquiries relating to both programmes professionally and promptly.
Person Specification
Essential
Experience in community organising or volunteer coordination in a professional or voluntary capacity.
Experience of building programmes and facilitating training
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build warm, trusting relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Salary and benefits
You will be joining and fully participating in a unique and inspirational community of changemakers and storytellers, active across London and increasingly around the world.
This is a contract role ideally full-time or for at least four days per week, initially until June 2028. Salary is dependent on experience and in the range of £32,000 to £36,000 full time. We are open to applications for flexible working arrangements which many of our staff take up.
You will have 25 holiday days allowance per year, pro rated for part-time working.
Following successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, we will enrol you in our Nest pension scheme, and will make additional payments of 4% as long as you contribute 4% of your salary each month.
This role involves a mix of remote and in person working with regular travel across London. You must be based in London and be prepared for regular travel.

The Supporter Operations team at Alzheimer’s Research UK is a key point of contact in the charity for supporters and members of the public and ensures the highest standards in operational processes and compliance to ensure a first-class supporter experience.
As the Fundraising Operations Executive, you will primarily work as part of a small team to deliver essential fundraising operations activities ensuring excellent customer service, accurate records and reporting, and maintaining high levels of compliance. To ensure appropriate resourcing across the wider team and maintain SLAs, the role will also assist with enquiries and supporter stewardship activities as required.
This role is offered on a part-time basis 17.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Donation processing
· Ensure accurate data entry within CRM Salesforce, related to all campaign types, to include: In memory, Fundraising, Sporting Events, Direct Marketing Campaigns and unsolicited gifts; ensure accurate coding of online fundraising pages.
· Comply with policies and guidelines to handle cheques, cash, and vouchers, liaising with Finance team where required.
· Ensure accurate administration related to Standing Order payments, direct debits instructions, ensuring amendments, cancellations and new instructions are correctly handled.
· Ensuring ‘in aid of’ and gift acceptance policies are adhered to.
Supporter administration & compliance
· Ensure formal guidelines and best practice are adhered to in relation to Direct Debits, Gift Aid, FR codes of Fundraising Practice, Gambling Commission, and the Data Protection Act.
· Undertake a range of administrative duties including management of internal email enquiries; incoming post management; mailing order materials related to funeral collections, fundraising merchandise, and general health information; scanning, printing and archiving of documents.
· Ensure financial compliance activities such as refunds, income reversals and recoding are correctly administered; ensuring Salesforce CRM is updated with supporter details with a high level of integrity; ensure Gift Aid administration compliance such as recording of declarations, correct storage and compliance checks are undertaken.
