Purpose of the role:
As a Kinship Family Worker for Kinship Reach, you will deliver this online programme to families in your commissioned area. This is an exciting opportunity to join IRMO as our Youth Project Coordinator and lead the Latin American Youth Forum (LAYF) – IRMO’s youth-led group for migrant and refugee young people aged 13–19.
LAYF offers a safe, supportive and trilingual space (Spanish, Portuguese and English) where young people can overcome barriers and begin to find their feet in the UK. Activities are designed to build confidence, support integration and foster leadership. Through the programme, participants can learn English through fun and engaging ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes, take part in weekly educational, arts-based and themed workshops, and receive one-to-one support through a targeted coaching programme focused on education, volunteering and employment.
Young people also have the opportunity to join the LAYF Youth Steering Group, where they can develop leadership skills and inspire other Spanish and Portuguese-speaking young people, while exploring London and beyond through cultural trips and residentials.

We’re currently recruiting two full-time qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) to work directly with young people in our Mental Health Support Team (MHST). ROLE SUMMARY
This is the lead communications role at Youth Leads UK - the person who holds our voice, shapes our stories, and makes sure the world hears what our young people are doing and why it matters.
Working closely with the CEO and eventually supported by two Youth Content Creators, you will own the communications and engagement function across all channels and audiences. You will set the tone, maintain the brand, lead our campaigns, and ensure everything we put out reflects who we are and what we stand for.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships to help fund the growth of our care services, and to build relationships with companies to help them achieve their CSR goals.
Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. You will be part of a team driving Rainbow Trust’s Corporate income, building and maintaining the pipeline through effective networking and stewardship. You will be responsible for the stewardship of varied corporate accounts to whom you will become a main contact and provide excellent account management. Some accounts raising six figure sums.
You will work collaboratively towards a ‘one team one target’ approach across the Fundraising and Engagement department and ensure that the use of technology is maximized and all processes are subject to continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity to maintain a breadth of fundraising experience to position yourself for future fundraising roles with increased responsibility.

By building strong relationships, you’ll uncover and help remove any barriers that might stand in their way - enabling them to thrive and achieve positive job outcomes. You’ll take responsibility for a caseload of young people, offering one-to-one support, coaching, and encouragement, while helping them navigate everything from travel costs to balancing other commitments.
As a key advocate, you’ll work closely with employers to champion each young person’s support and learning needs, ensuring they are set up for success in their roles. You’ll also collaborate with partners such as Jobcentre Plus and other stakeholders to create seamless pathways into employment, making sure nothing stands in the way of sustained job outcomes.
You’ll be a guiding light for our delivery partners and service providers, supporting them to deliver high-quality experiences that lead to real jobs for young people. You'll also deliver engaging employability sessions, both directly and by supporting partners and volunteers, using a mix of face-to-face delivery and virtual sessions via MS Teams. When needed, you’ll be out and about, visiting placements or employers to ensure everything runs smoothly and that everything is delivered to the highest standard.
Alongside this, you’ll maintain accurate and detailed records of young people’s progress, employer engagement, and outcomes, ensuring everything aligns with our funding requirements and clearly demonstrates the impact of the programme.
