We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Trusts Fundraiser to join our fundraising team and help secure the income that makes our work possible.
You will research and identify new funding opportunities, write compelling applications and reports, and build strong, lasting relationships with trusts, foundations and grant-making organisations. You will also have opportunities to support wider fundraising activity across corporate, philanthropy, community and individual giving.
About you
We are looking for someone with excellent writing, research and relationship-building skills, who is highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
You will ideally have experience of fundraising, grant applications, bid writing, relationship management or a similar role, together with the ability to produce persuasive written content tailored to different audiences.
Experience of using a CRM system, particularly Salesforce, would be desirable.

Job Summary
This varied role supports ReMind UK’s multi-functional Engagement Team, providing administrative and co-ordination support across Fundraising, Communications and Volunteering as well as our expanding post diagnosis support programme. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the Engagement Team through undertaking regular and ad hoc administrative tasks for colleagues as requested and as agreed by Head of Engagement and Post Diagnosis Support Programme Manager.
2. Support the setup of post diagnosis support interventions as required through confirming room bookings, supporting development of weekly session scheduling, including liaising with external and internal Facilitators, monitoring and purchasing refreshments, creative materials and session sundries.
3. Ensure that registers taken to events and course sessions are confirmed and communicated to the team on time and include the information required to safeguard attendees and maintain accurate reporting.
4. Ensure the effective collection, management and reporting of supporter and beneficiary data, including enquiries and expressions of interest in events and courses. Maintain accurate, secure and well-structured records to support reporting, analysis and engagement activities.
5. Liaise with Post Diagnosis Support Facilitators to collate beneficiary feedback and project evaluation data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained for regular monitoring and reporting.
6. Maintain supporter and payment data on CRM, sending thank you and retention communications as required.
7. Work with Communications colleagues to ensure that data preferences are accurately captured across digital platforms and maintained on CRM.
8. Support the team through co-ordinating the processing of any actionable feedback or complaints received from supporters or beneficiaries in accordance with ReMind UK’s complaints procedure.

The Food Justice Alliance
The Cambridge Food Justice Alliance is a network of local organisations working together to address food insecurity in Cambridge and take strategic, collective action for lasting food justice. The Alliance strengthens connections across the city, supports partners to share knowledge and experience, identifies shared priorities, and coordinates activity to help residents access fair, dignified and sustainable food support. Its work is guided by a steering group with representatives from Cambridge Sustainable Food, Cambridge City Foodbank, Cambridge City Council, Cambridge United Charitable Trust, Abbey People CIO, Cambridge Ethnic Community Forum and Church of the Good Shepherd. The Steering Group shapes key themes, agrees collective actions and identifies the partners best placed to lead specific areas of work.
This is a coordination and systems leadership role, not a frontline delivery post. The Coordinator will strengthen partnership working, improve communication and shared learning, support resident involvement, and increase the Alliance's influence on policy, funding and system change. The role will help build a stronger, more connected and influential Alliance, enabling collective action to address both the causes and impacts of food insecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Coordination and Development
Coordinate and facilitate meetings of the Steering Group, wider Alliance and working groups.
Establish and maintain an annual work plan, monitor progress and support shared accountability.
Build strong relationships across voluntary, community, statutory, academic and grassroots organisations.
Support partners to identify shared priorities, reduce duplication and develop collaborative approaches.
Mapping, Insight and Systems Development
Develop and maintain a clear picture of food-related provision across Cambridge.
Map support pathways, referral routes, gaps and opportunities.
Improve understanding of how services connect, including emergency food, community sector provision, public health, advice services and other statutory organisations
Use evidence and insight to inform planning, funding, communications and advocacy.
Contribute to and reflect national learning through the Sustainable Food Places network
Lived Experience and Community Participation
Develop meaningful ways for people experiencing food insecurity to influence priorities and decision-making.
Remove barriers to participation and ensure diverse voices are represented.
Support resident panels, listening events, peer research and community engagement.
Promote lived experience as a valued source of expertise within the Alliance.
Learning, Communication and Influence
Develop learning and peer support across the Alliance.
Organise workshops, partner showcases and the annual Food Justice Alliance Conference.
Act as a central point of contact and improve communication between partners.
Support accessible resources that make the local food support system easier to understand and navigate.
Build relationships beyond the food sector, including health, housing, education, disability, mental health, advice and community development services.
Coordinate campaigns and influencing activity and represent the Alliance in relevant forums.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Sustainability
Coordinate the collection and use of data, learning and lived experience evidence.
Develop an impact framework and reporting systems.
Produce briefings and updates for partners, funders and decision-makers.
Identify funding opportunities and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the Alliance.
Skills and Experience
Essential
We are looking for someone with:
Experience in partnership coordination, community development, public health, network facilitation or systems change.
Knowledge of food poverty, food justice and the wider causes of food insecurity.
Strong communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage people with lived experience and support inclusive participation.
Strong analytical, organisational and written communication skills.
Experience supporting advocacy, campaigns or influencing activity.
A collaborative, inclusive and reflective approach.
Desirable
Experience of food partnerships, community networks, or resident engagement.
Knowledge of Cambridge’s voluntary and community sector and experience working with public sector partners.

The Gloucestershire Infrastructure Collaborative is seeking an experienced freelance Convenor to support an exciting partnership of nine Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations working together to strengthen the sector's role within Gloucestershire's health and wellbeing system.

About the Trevi service
Jasmine Mother & Child Family Residential Centre is a CQC-regulated and Ofsted-registered residential family centre. Women can access pregnancy stabilisation support, or live with their children while addressing substance use, trauma, mental health needs and wider family pressures. The service provides structured support and parenting assessments, helping mothers stabilise, stay in recovery and strengthen safe relationships with their children.
About the role
This role focuses on providing a safe, structured setting where risks can be understood properly, support can be put in place, and parenting capacity can be assessed with the child’s safety at the centre.
The successful candidate will also manage the pregnancy stabilisation pathway giving women the chance to engage early, reduce risk, and begin building stability in a supported setting.
What you will do
· You must meet Ofsted Registered Manager status requirements. You will have a good understanding of regulatory standards. You will liaise and cooperate with both regulators and be aware of relevant documentation.
· You will establish positive relationships and maintain effective communication with women, their children, and other involved professionals in their care while developing and implementing individually tailored care and support plans that respect and uphold the dignity and privacy of families living at Jasmine.
· Understand Safeguarding issues and the ability to respond appropriately to any concerns
· Model and maintain a trauma responsive workforce
· Maintain optimal occupancy
What you will bring
· Minimum 2 years' residential childcare experience within the last 5 years
· At least 1 year must be in a supervisory capacity
· NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is required, or working towards or prepared to work towards within 6 months of appointment
· Or a relevant Health Care & Professions Council or Social Work England registration
· Sound working knowledge of Ofsted and current legislation.
· Ability to communicate appropriately with commissioners, funders, women using our services and a multi-disciplinary staff team.
