We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Residential Assistant Manager to help deliver high-quality, person-centred support while assisting with the day-to-day leadership of the service. Working alongside the Service Manager, you will support the smooth running of the home, maintain high standards of care, safety and compliance, and act as a positive role model for the team.

The role includes leading and mentoring staff, supporting rota management and administrative tasks, contributing to audits and quality monitoring and ensuring care plans, risk assessments and records are accurate and up to date. You will promote best practice in safeguarding, support compliance with CQC and relevant legislation and help develop a skilled and confident team through training and guidance.

You will work closely with families and professionals to support people’s health, wellbeing and independence, while responding calmly and effectively in a range of situations. The role may include supporting people in the community, undertaking clinical duties once trained and assisting with transport where required.

About You

• Experience in residential care (1+ year in a senior/supervisory role)
• NVQ Level 3 in Residential (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it)
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation

About the Role

As Clinical Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Working closely with the Recovery House Team, the role is pivotal to the effective and safe delivery of the service.

About the role

The role of Recovery Support Worker will work as part of a team in our clients regulated services and is an important role for the delivery of recovery-based and prevention services withinour clients organisation. The role will be central to the smooth running of the 24/7 service provided by Recovery House.

You will support the Waking Night team of Recovery Support Workers in providing a continuous and safe delivery of support, always ensuring high quality and person-centred care. Ensuring that compliance and adherence to CQC standards is upheld and provide appropriate information to managers. You will work in a person-centred way alongside colleagues an NHS clinical partners to de-escalate mental health crisis and help service users to return home and be pivotal in the provision of a welcoming, calm and safe environment.

The Recovery Support Worker will support the team in mobilising the service and work in a way that conforms with the expectations of the CQC, NHS and our clients standards. You will take an active part in all appropriate meetings and create and implement service user assessments and support practices.

About you

You will need to be skilful in quickly developing strong relationships with users of the service and able to support the de-escalation of crisis and the provision of a calm and supportive environment; delivering person centred interventions.

We are looking for someone who experience in delivering services in a CQC regulated residential or supported living environment, who has experience of working in partnership with key stakeholders and partner organisations. Role Purpose

The Salesforce Administrator delivers high‑quality configuration, development and support of the organisation’s Salesforce platform to ensure it effectively enables Trussell’s strategic and operational goals. The role designs and maintains CRM solutions, manages enhancements and supports users to adopt efficient, data‑led ways of working. By ensuring a stable, well‑governed and continuously improving Salesforce environment, the role strengthens organisational effectiveness and enhances decision‑making across teams.

This role is part of Trussell’s Knowledge Transformation (KT) Programme. The Knowledge Transformation programme is an enabling programme at the heart of Trussell’s strategy, focused on gathering, curating and sharing our collective knowledge so that it can be used effectively to drive our mission. It brings together our systems, data, insight, and ways of working to ensure that the right information is available to the right people at the right time. By strengthening our technology, improving data quality and access, and building confidence across teams and food banks to use insights effectively, KT enables more informed decision-making, stronger collaboration, and greater impact across all our programmes.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and delivery effective Salesforce solutions.  
Design and delivery effective Salesforce solutions by analysing user needs and translating them into Salesforce requirements and configurations to deliver reliable, user-centred solutions to improve workflows and system performance

· Co-ordinate CRM project delivery.  
Work with the internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple CRM change projects, co-ordinating requirements, testing and deployment to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

· Manage Issue resolution and enhancements.  
Work with external suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements and oversee changes, ensuring solutions follow best practice and meet organisation needs,

· Enable and support Salesforce user adoption.
Enable and support user adoption of Salesforce by providing user support training and documentation to strengthen system understanding and ensure consistent, confident use of Salesforce across Trussell.

· Maintain and Improve Data Quality.  
Monitor data quality and proactively resolve issues, guiding teams to maintain accurate, consistent data that strengthens reporting and decision-making

· Drive continuous Salesforce Improvement.  
Continuously improve the Salesforce platform and ways of working by staying informed of Salesforce developments, identifying opportunities for improvement and to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of CRM processes and functionality

Person Specification

Core Knowledge

· Salesforce platform administration principles, including configuration, data management and security

· Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Non-profit Cloud structure, objects and functionality

· CRM design principles, including process mapping, user experience and data governance

· Understanding of data quality, data protection and good information management practice

· Experience with third-party products such as Demand Tools, Click Deploy, Form Assembly, Own Backup, Apsona

Essential Skills

· Stakeholder management and the ability to influence and guide others to adopt best practice

· Ability to effectively communicate complex technical content to non-technical audiences.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret requirements and translate them into technical

· Effective planning, organisation and prioritisation skills to deliver multiple tasks and projects in a multi-stakeholder environment

The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day to day management of their designated service, including line managing the relevant front line staff. More than 7 million adults in the UK struggle to read or write at the level needed to navigate daily life. The National Literacy Trust is on the frontline of addressing that, and its trusts and statutory income is what makes everything possible.

We're looking for a Senior Fundraising Manager to lead a team of three, drive our grant-funding strategy, and manage a portfolio of high-value relationships, including with Arts Council England, during a 14-month maternity cover period. What you'll be leading

• Implementing the trusts and statutory strategy in partnership with the Head of Trusts and Statutory Fundraising
• Managing a high-value portfolio of prospective and existing funders, including securing seven-figure grants
