Shift Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract 15hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota between 13:00 - 21:00, including evenings and bank holidays. You may be required to work outside these hours depending on resident and service needs.

We're hiring a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team based in Enfield. In this role, you will support residents with complex mental health needs. Offering 21 beds in a 24 hour supported accommodation to adults with complex mental health needs. We are here to promote independence and give our residents the tools needed to fulfil their lives in the community independently.
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, reablement, and rehabilitation, providing person centred and trauma informed support in a psychologically informed environment (PIE), to empower residents to achieve their goals and improve their well-being. Here, you’ll support individuals transitioning from complex care or acute mental health services to a structured rehabilitation setting. Working closely with the mental health trust community rehabilitation team, you’ll help residents overcome challenging behaviour's and support medication compliance, making a real difference every day. Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children, demonstrable substantial experience in providing emotional and practical support to victims of VAWG. A relevant qualification in VAWG or significant experience is essential.

This is a hybrid job role with the postholder working one day per week at Solace Head Office and a further day at our offices at Islington council. The remaining days can be remote based with the expectation of working additional days at the office to meet demands of the service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced surveying professional to take a lead role in the effective management and delivery of the organisation's voids service. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are assessed, works are appropriately specified and homes are returned to a safe, compliant and lettable standard in a timely and cost-effective way.
As Senior Voids Surveyor, you will provide technical surveying expertise across the organisation's void properties, overseeing works from initial inspection and specification through to completion and handover.
You will be responsible for ensuring void works are delivered to a high standard, within agreed timescales and budgets, while identifying opportunities to improve performance, reduce turnaround times and deliver value for money.

About the service: Door of Hope, East London
Door of Hope supports women who sell sex in Tower Hamlets through advocacy, information, emotional support and practical help. The service works alongside women at their own pace and is supported by a committed volunteer team delivering street outreach in Tower Hamlets on Thursday mornings and Friday nights.
About the role
Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience partnering with women in the sex industry to support safety from coercion, violence and abuse. We provide trauma-informed, person-centred support, specialist training, and resources shaped by research, lived experience and practitioner insight.
This psychotherapy service was developed because many women supported by Door of Hope need flexible, accessible therapeutic support that mainstream services may not be able to provide. Since its introduction, the service has demonstrated meaningful positive impact, supporting psychological and behavioural change for women experiencing multiple disadvantage.
Based at our offices in Tower Hamlets, you will provide women-centred psychotherapeutic support to women with complex needs through in-person, online, telephone or blended approaches.
At times, you may meet women in local cafés, hostels or other community settings to build relationships, establish trust and offer brief therapeutic interventions.
You will work alongside a small Door of Hope daytime support team and service manager to manage risk, coordinate support, and help women access appropriate services across the borough.

We are seeking a compassionate, non-judgemental practitioner who recognises each woman’s strengths and can work safely within gender-informed, trauma-informed and safeguarding frameworks. You will bring experience of complex trauma, multiple disadvantage and multi-disciplinary risk management, alongside a strong commitment to extending the reach and impact of this work.

This role will work alongside women involved in survival sex, survivors of sexual exploitation and women with lived experience of violence against women, and is therefore restricted to female applicants only under Section 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

About the role
icap is looking for an experienced and committed Clinical Services Manager to join our Clinical Management Team and support the Director of Clinical Services in the delivery, development and governance of icap’s therapeutic services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician with strong clinical management and people-management skills who is passionate about delivering high-quality, accessible therapy and supporting therapists to provide safe, effective and culturally sensitive services.
As Clinical Services Manager, you will have an important role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our clinical services, supporting our network of therapists and supervisors, and ensuring that clients receive a high-quality service from referral through to allocation and ongoing therapy.
You will act as a senior clinical resource within the organisation, providing clinical consultation and guidance, particularly around risk and safeguarding, while working closely with the Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Administrator, therapists, supervisors and partner agencies.
Key responsibilities
As Clinical Services Manager, you will:
Provide clinical leadership and management across designated services, supporting therapists and supervisors and ensuring that clinical practice meets icap’s policies, procedures and governance requirements.
Oversee the client journey, including referrals, pre-initial consultations, triage, assessments and allocations, working closely with the Clinical Administrator and assessing therapists.
Provide senior clinical advice and consultation, including guidance around clinical risk, safeguarding and complex presentations, and provide clinical cover where required.
Support and develop our clinical teams, including induction, regular reviews, recruitment, team meetings, CPD and ensuring high standards of clinical documentation and outcome measurement.
Build strong relationships with partner agencies, funders and stakeholders, representing icap at relevant meetings and contributing to consultation, service development and improved access to therapy.
Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services and wider management team on clinical governance, service development, audits, policies, reporting and the continued development of icap’s therapeutic services.
About you
We are looking for a qualified and experienced therapist who combines strong clinical expertise with excellent organisational and management skills.
You will have:
Full professional membership, registration and accreditation with UKCP, BPS, BPC, BACP or equivalent.
At least five years’ post-qualification experience.
Experience of working therapeutically with people who have experienced childhood trauma.
Experience of clinical management or management within an organisational setting.
Experience of working across different cultural contexts and a strong commitment to culturally sensitive practice.
Experience of collecting and measuring clinical outcomes, including CORE.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary and collaborative team.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding and clinical governance requirements.
An understanding of Irish history, culture, identity and the experiences of Irish communities.
Experience or training in additional therapeutic approaches such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, IFT, EMDR or Integrative Counselling would be desirable.
