Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is looking for a Senior Website Manager to lead the evolution of one of our most important digital products. Our website is much more than a website - it is where supporters discover our work, fundraisers find inspiration, donors take action, and people learn about the difference their support makes to seriously ill children and their families.

This is a high-profile role sitting within our Performance Marketing and Digital Engagement team, with responsibility for shaping the future of the charity’s digital experience. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about where we need to go, while also being comfortable rolling up their sleeves to help make it happen.
 

You’ll lead the website product roadmap, drive continuous improvement across supporter journeys and work across a wide range of teams including Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Data and external partners. Success in this role comes from being able to flex between strategic planning, stakeholder management, product ownership, user experience, optimisation and delivery.

No two days are likely to look the same. One day you might be facilitating roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders, the next analysing user behaviour, shaping an SEO strategy, reviewing backlog priorities with developers or testing new approaches to improve conversion and supporter engagement.
 

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together around a shared vision, navigating complexity and making confident decisions based on evidence, user needs and organisational priorities. Someone who can challenge constructively, build consensus and help teams focus on what will create the greatest value for our supporters and the organisation.
 

Salary

The salary for this role is £51,000 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision, roadmap and ongoing development of the charity website, ensuring it supports supporter needs, fundraising objectives and organisational priorities.
• Own the website product backlog, balancing long-term improvements, business priorities, technical considerations and user experience enhancements.
• Work closely with Technology teams, developers, analysts, content specialists and external partners to scope, prioritise and deliver digital improvements through agile ways of working.
• Champion a user-centred approach, using insight, research, testing and data to improve supporter journeys and digital experiences.
• Lead website optimisation activity, including experimentation, A/B testing, user research and conversion improvement initiatives.
• Drive the GOSH’s SEO strategy, ensuring content and technical improvements support sustainable growth and discoverability.
• Build strong relationships across Fundraising, Communications, Marketing and Technology teams, helping align priorities and bring stakeholders together around shared goals.
• Translate organisational needs and supporter insight into clear product outcomes, user stories and prioritised delivery plans.
• Manage website performance, governance, accessibility and compliance, ensuring the platform remains secure, effective and fit for purpose.
• Lead and develop a small team while building digital capability across the organisation through guidance, training and best practice.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Significant experience managing websites, digital products or digital platforms in a complex environment.
• Strong product management experience, including roadmap development, backlog management and prioritisation.
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, digital optimisation and supporter or customer journey development.

Partnerships and Engagement Manager

Working with housing associations and other local partners, we run free tutoring programmes for primary school children and their families, providing access to vital educational support to those who need it most. The Programme Officer will be responsible for the management and overall delivery of their designated programmes.This role will involve managing relationships with tutors, parents and clients, while collecting robust qualitative and quantitative data to measure the impact and build the success of our work. This is a critical role, leading on the delivery and evaluation of multiple programmes, managing key stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the sustainability and growth of our work in a challenging funding climate.

This role will be focused on our growing work in Lewisham, a priority area for TU with high need, multi-year commitment from a range of partners, and incredible family engagement. Working alongside local schools, livery companies, and housing providers, the Programme Officer will be tasked with continuing to develop and expand our work in the borough, in line with our three-year strategic plan for the borough.

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is looking for a Head of Impact and Grant Communications to lead a critical function during an important transition year for the organisation. This up to 12-month maternity cover role will provide leadership and continuity as we begin delivering against our new organisational strategy—helping ensure our teams, priorities and ways of working remain aligned, focused and effective.

This is a senior leadership role that sits at the heart of how the charity understands, measures and communicates its impact. Working across impact measurement, evaluation and grant communications, you’ll help shape how we tell the story of the difference our funding makes for seriously ill children and their families—using evidence, insight and storytelling to support strategic decision-making, fundraising and organisational priorities.

Salary
 

The salary for this role is £77,919 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

• Lead the Impact and Grant Communications function during a year of strategic transition, ensuring teams remain focused, supported and aligned around organisational priorities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join IRMO as our Youth Project Coordinator and lead the Latin American Youth Forum (LAYF) – IRMO’s youth-led group for migrant and refugee young people aged 13–19.

LAYF offers a safe, supportive and trilingual space (Spanish, Portuguese and English) where young people can overcome barriers and begin to find their feet in the UK. Activities are designed to build confidence, support integration and foster leadership. Through the programme, participants can learn English through fun and engaging ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes, take part in weekly educational, arts-based and themed workshops, and receive one-to-one support through a targeted coaching programme focused on education, volunteering and employment.

Young people also have the opportunity to join the LAYF Youth Steering Group, where they can develop leadership skills and inspire other Spanish and Portuguese-speaking young people, while exploring London and beyond through cultural trips and residentials.

As Youth Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for registering and onboarding new participants, designing and delivering a creative weekly programme of LAYF Space Workshops, and offering one-to-one mentoring to help young people access opportunities and build confidence. You’ll work closely with IRMO’s ESOL and Advice and Advocacy teams to ensure a joined-up and holistic approach.

• Recruit and register LAYF participants by assessing individual needs and matching them with appropriate activities
