This role will play an important role in the successful planning and delivery of UUKi’s events, supporting activity in logistics, content, sponsorship, marketing and administration. The events will include in-person international conferences with over 300 delegates and high-profile speakers, to webinars and small roundtables.
The Events Assistant role requires strong organisational abilities, together with excellent customer service and an attention to detail. Previous events and/or administrative experience would be advantageous, but more importantly you must have a willingness to learn and a proactive and flexible approach. This is a fast-moving environment with several projects on the go at the same time.
Knowledge of Excel, Canva and Microsoft Outlook would be desirable, alongside a willingness to learn online platforms used for registration and marketing.
Please note that the Events Assistant role will involve occasional unsociable hours in the run-up to and on the day of events.

Expanding our curriculum

This includes a 315-hour industry placement and a comprehensive skills program designed to launch successful careers in tech. We are also looking ahead to launching new V Levels in 2027 in response to the DfE launch of distinct programmes of study.

Quality Manager (Study Abroad)
Salary: £24.24 to £24.87 per hour + holiday (c. £44,822.04 salaried equivalent).
Contract: Full-time (35 hours per week), temporary for up to 3 months initially.
Location: Central London (hybrid working, 2/3 days onsite per week).

We’re currently recruiting one part-time Charity Administrator. The post is office based and offers a great opportunity for a varied role in a forward-facing young people’s mental health charity. The job description in this pack provides a generic overview of the Administrator role. Administrators are based centrally with other support staff. Our Administrators are a vital and valued part of our team supporting and enabling the work of our mental health practitioners and the work of the Charity overall. Administrators report directly to the Service Administration Manager and will work collaboratively within a team of administrators covering different services as needs arise.
Role Purpose: To be part of the administration team responsible for the administration of Off the Record’s services. The post holder will be the predominant point of contact for young people and professionals contacting the services and hence a sensitive and professional telephone manner will be of key importance. However, the post holder will NOT be acting as a mental health practitioner and will be expected to maintain clear boundaries between their role and that of the mental health practitioners.

We have a committed team of around 70 paid staff and our work is funded through a variety of sources including South West London ICB, London Boroughs of Croydon & Sutton and the Wimbledon Foundation. Some staff are based in our borough-based services but increasingly staff are being given opportunities to work in across initiatives such as our First Contact Team.

This role is best suited to someone with a strong foundation in marketing who is now looking to broaden their skillset and take on increasing responsibility in campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and creative delivery.
