JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supporter Engagement Manager position is a pivotal role in the Public Fundraising team, comprising seven specialist Fundraisers. The post-holder is responsible for driving growth in our Individual Giving programme through a mix of acquisition and retention campaigns.
Key internal relationships include the Head of Supporter Engagement and the Fundraising Management team.
The post-holder will work closely with the Fundraising Data Manager and the Community Engagement Manager on collaborative income generation and Supporter Engagement activities.
The post-holder will be instrumental in shaping the Individual Giving and Supporter cultivation strategies geared towards increasing our Cash and Regular Giving Supporter base.
The Individual Giving programme includes Cash Appeals, Regular Giving (including Door-to-Door recruitment), Hospice Lottery, Challenge Events, Legacies and Supporter Care. There is a strong focus on digital fundraising.

This role is responsible for organising recognition programmes, guiding departments on how to manage and retain volunteers, maximising the use of volunteer resources and ensuring volunteers have a rewarding experience whilst also positively contributing to the organisation objectives to provide vital services to the families of disabled and neurodivergent children. This role is also responsible for the line management of the Volunteer Administrator. About the role
We're looking for an ambitious, delivery-focused Network Delivery Manager to lead our national network of schools and drive the high-quality programmes that power our work. You'll shape how we engage and retain schools, lead and develop a team of Programme Leaders, and broaden your expertise across network management, programme delivery, and organisational growth.
Working closely with the Senior Education Manager, the Education and Impact Manager and colleagues across the organisation, you'll grow participation across our school network, build strong and trusted relationships with schools, teachers and partners, ensure our flagship programmes run brilliantly, and create the engagement that enables more children and young people to become active citizens.
