 We are looking for :

·        A current CEO or Director with experience in one or more of the following fields: social housing, homelessness, social care or related fields

· Proven track record of delivering organisational strategy and managing complex change.

· Proven experience of managing complex budgets exceeding £10 million, to support the long‑term sustainability of a charity during periods of change .

· Proven experience in governance and in building productive, collaborative relationships with a Board of Trustees.

· Evidence of successful income generation through fundraising, grants, and partnerships.

· Experience of media relations (including TV and radio) 

· Experience interpreting complex financial and performance data to support effective evaluation and enable sound strategic decision-making.

· Experience of effective collaborative working with partner organisations and sectors.

Corporate and Events Fundraiser 

Reports to: Corporate Partnership Manager 

Location: 80 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 4BY - Hybrid Working 2-3 days in the office and some travel to Corporate Patron Meetings and events.

Job Summary: 

The Corporate & Events Fundraiser will help to drive income for the organisation through the effective planning, delivery and operation of CRASH’s growing Corporate Patron programme and event portfolio. 

This is a pivotal role in enabling CRASH to achieve its goals – helping developing relationships with new and long-term corporate patrons. Communicating the organisation’s work to build lasting relationships and future support. It is an important role as one of the first points of contact for CRASH, both internally and externally. 

Reporting to the Corporate Partnership Manager, the Corporate and Events Fundraiser will be responsible for driving engagement, loyalty and income through innovative corporate patron fundraising activities and events.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Corporate Patrons  

• Ensure excellent stewardship of existing and new corporate donors, working with the Corporate Fundraising Manager to create innovative strategies to generate high levels of loyalty and commitment, fostering and enhancing their long-term relationship with the charity. This includes organising bi-annual meetings. 

• Produce annual Corporate Patrons Social Impact Reports. 

• Organise dates for lunch and learn presentations with Corporate Patrons. 

• Lead of fundraising campaigns such as Big March and Christmas Campaign. These campaigns aim to achieve an income target set annually. 

• Work with colleagues to ensure that any potential corporate patrons are communicated with and are developed to their fullest potential. 

2. Events / Award Evening  

• Organising and managing CRASH Events whilst promoting the charity's cause and engaging with attendees and volunteers. 

• Support Corporate Patrons with their fundraising initiatives provide materials. QR codes and guidance on Just Giving platforms. 

• Manage the Run for Charity Relationships. Draft content and communications to promote running events. Manage relationships with individuals participating in fundraising runs to ensure their needs are met and encourage continued support. 

• Manage the attendance at Award Evenings preparing for attendance at award evenings and charitable collections which may include securing raffle prizes from Corporate Patrons. This may be outside of working hours, and you will receive time off in lieu to compensate. 

• Recruiting volunteers from Corporate Patrons for regular events and award evenings. 

• Ensure events are delivered to a high standard of safety, accessibility, participant experience and financial success.

3. Finance  

• Acknowledge corporate patron donations, attending cheque presentations and photo opportunities as necessary, working with Marketing and Communications Manager to generate positive media coverage. 

• Ensure the monthly management of all income is recorded and reconciled accurately and promptly on Access database. 

• Ensure Gift Aid claims are completed and submitted after each CRASH event working in collaboration with the Finance Manager. 

4. General  

• Ensure Fundraising Calendar and activities are up to date on the website 

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure regular and engaging content to promote fundraising activity and initiatives. 

• Utilising ACT Database, maintain an accurate record of supporter details and activity ensuring they receive relevant and timely communication resulting in ongoing fundraising opportunities and development of long-term support 

• To be aware of and adhere to the Institute of Fundraising Codes of Conduct and Codes of Best Practice. 

• To have up to date knowledge, understanding and compliance of GDPR regulations including the handling and protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR guidelines 

• To represent the charity publicly when required. 

• Ad-hoc travel to project visits, events and Corporate Patron meetings. 

Key Relationships 

• CRASH is a small team of 7 so it is vitally important that this role builds strong collaborative working practices across the organisation as well as with external stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a part time governance and compliance officer to oversee our governance and risk framework as a non-profit regulated by the Charities Commission (England and Wales) and OSCR (Scotland).

You will identify, develop, maintain and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation with the various regulations that we must adhere to such as Charities Commission, OSCR, Fundraising Regulator, Companies House, UK Data Protection and Safeguarding.

As governance and compliance officer, you will deliver high quality, professional and compliant governance across the charity, nationally and in supporting our network of support groups (see About IA) ensuring we comply with statutory regulations, that protect our members and the charity itself while applying best practice principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and documenting a detailed understanding of charity practices, paying specific attention to areas where IA is bound by statutory regulations
• Developing robust policies and procedures that ensure charity compliance and best practice
• Remaining up to date with current regulations that IA is bound by and ensuring any changes are implemented within any imposed deadlines
• Regularly review and maintain policies and procedures auditing your findings to ensure exemplary record keeping following up with implementing changes

About the role

The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.

This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.

Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. This will include working with the major donor team to identify and develop high-value legacy opportunities and supporting the community engagement team to integrate in-memory and legacy messaging into the community talks programme and engagement activity within the community.

The role also plays a key part in connecting our legacy and in-memory programmes, working with the community engagement team and the Deputy Director to develop a joined up in-memory strategy that ensures a coherent and compassionate supporter experience.

About the person

You’ll be an experienced and confident legacy fundraising professional with a passion for building long-term impact. You’ll be a strong collaborator who can influence across teams and seniority levels, and a persuasive advocate for the importance of legacy giving. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring legacy activity is well planned, insight led and supporter centred. Comfortable working across disciplines and a self-starter, you’ll play a key role in embedding a culture of legacies across London’s Air Ambulance Charity.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer with a proven commitment to survivor-led practice, outstanding organisational leadership capability, and relevant therapeutic competence, to provide strategic and inspirational leadership for the organisation’s future.

Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Service (LSLCS) exists to provide compassionate, person-centred, trauma-informed crisis support to people across Leeds and West Yorkshire.  Founded in 1999 by individuals with lived experience of mental health crisis, the organisation has grown to deliver a range of services for adults, children and young people while remaining rooted in survivor leadership and empowerment. LSLCS has a long history of innovation and excellence; receiving multiple national awards.

The CEO holds overarching responsibility for the current service provisions, with the support of operational directors and service managers.  LSLCS challenges and shapes current practices; aligned with the needs of those accessing crisis services, with a strong emphasis on gaining and reviewing service user and team feedback to inform decision-making.  The CEO must be able to review feedback openly, regularly and with genuine curiosity in shaping the future of the organisation.

The CEO provides strategic leadership to ensure that LSLCS continues to deliver high-quality, values-led crisis services.  Working closely with the Board of Trustees, the CEO ensures the organisation operates in alignment with its survivor-led ethos, trauma-informed principles, and person-centred philosophy.  The post-holder champions the mission of LSLCS, strengthens its culture, and maintains the organisation’s reputation as a trusted and innovative provider of crisis support.

The CEO must ensure that the organisation’s governance is compliant with Charity Commission requirements, contractual obligations and all other relevant legislation and guidance, and works closely with the Operations Director (Central Services) to ensure the organisation’s financial sustainability and the appropriate, responsible use of its resources.

We’re looking for a talented Salesforce Product Manager to cover a period of maternity leave.

This is a crucial and strategic role for our charity as we require an expert product manager to lead and manage our Salesforce platform, delivering configuration, insight, reporting and training.

The Salesforce Product Manager is responsible for leading the ongoing development, administration and improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it supports all areas of our charity, including fundraising, operations, finance and grant management.

The post holder is required to act as the trusted Salesforce partner for all users, translating needs into scalable solutions, managing change and delivering insight, training as well as data-driven improvements to help the charity achieve its strategic goals and objectives.  This role requires independent ownership, strong stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity is going through an exciting time where we are growing, with the aim of reaching more families in need.

About the role:

We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to help build income from corporate fundraising with an emphasis on securing long term and strategic partnerships.

Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for proactively generating significant income from five and six figure corporate partnerships by managing the new business pipeline, identifying new opportunities, building relationships and networking with key stakeholders and producing compelling applications and creative partnership proposals.

This is an excellent opportunity to build on previous experience and develop your skills in business development. Previous experience of securing high value, strategic partnerships in the third sector would be beneficial. The team has a proven track record in winning prestigious corporate partnerships which include: Macfarlanes LLP, Invesco, Knight Frank, Deutsche Bank, Nomura and high street names such as Kurt Geiger. Responsible for a third of the charity’s income the team are driven, highly motivated & results orientated.

Are you a CCAB Qualified Accountant looking to use your finance experience and knowledge to help have a direct impact on the strategic direction of our finance function?

We are currently hiring for a permanent financial accountant with a focus on the financial and statutory reporting aspects of the team. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering the Finance team business plan and support the Charity in meeting all financial regulatory requirements.

Salary
The salary for this position is £54,028 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the preparation of year-end financial and statutory accounts and take a lead role in liaising with our external auditors to deliver a timely and efficient year end audit. 
• You will have specific responsibility for maintain the Fixed Asset register, which includes updating the property valuations, a significant part of the balance sheet.
• You will lead on the accounting for restricted and unrestricted funds, ensuring unspent funds are appropriately managed and robust reporting.
•  You will demonstrate a strong control ethos and encourage the same in all aspects of financial reporting.  
• You will work closely with the Head of Financial Accounting & Processing and with other Finance team members and be a collaborative part of the team. 
•  You will have the opportunity to be involved in various other finance/charity projects, bringing your experience and expertise to the table.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Qualified Accountant (CCAB / CIMA) 
• Strong Finance System usage experience, ideally Unit4.
• A solid understanding of FRS102 and Charities SORP, ideally with familiarity for the changes being applied this year.
•  Ability to demonstrate initiative, high attention to detail, and collaborative working approach.
• Finance process and controls understanding, and experience of working within a control function.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proven experience in using multiple systems with minimal guidance.
