ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a strong Administrator to provide high quality administrative and operational support to the Governance and Compliance Team.
Your role focuses on meeting coordination, record-keeping, and day-to-day governance administration, ensuring that Local Governing Bodies (LGBs) and governance professionals are well supported and compliant with Trust policies and statutory requirements. You will also provide administration support to the Federation’s risk and internal audit functions.
You will play an essential part in ensuring efficient governance and compliance operations, accurate documentation and timely communication, contributing to the smooth functioning of governance and compliance at academy and Trust level.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
As a Administrator to the Governance and Compliance Team, you will play a key role in supporting effective governance across our academies by providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the Governance Team.
You will support Local Governing Bodies through meeting coordination, clerking, and accurate record-keeping, helping to ensure governance processes are compliant, well-organised, and run smoothly at both academy and Trust level. The role requires a willingness to work some evenings to support governance meetings and the ability to travel across the Trust as needed.
Governance Records & Compliance Administration
- Maintain accurate governance records including:
- registers of interest
- governor attendance records
- training logs
- membership lists and terms of office
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for governors, including DBS checks, induction materials, and profile updates.
- Ensure relevant governance documents, policies, and registers are updated and stored in line with Trust protocols.
- Assist with preparing documentation and evidence for governance audits and internal audit assurance checks.
Complaints & Panel Administration
- Support administration of complaints processes at academy level, including logging, tracking, and maintaining secure records.
- Coordinate panel dates, paperwork, documentation packs, and correspondence to complainants.
- Take minutes at hearings where required, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and procedural compliance.
- Support the Governance Manager by maintaining databases, generating reports, and ensuring actions are documented.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Qualifications to Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to undertake governance-related training, with NGA or clerking qualifications desirable
- Experience in administration, clerical, or coordination roles.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to produce clear, accurate minutes and documentation
- Confident communication skills, both written and spoken

Are you a driven procurement professional ready to make a real impact across a dynamic and growing Federation? We are seeking a highly capable Procurement and Contracts Manager to lead and deliver compliant, high-quality procurement activity that supports our academies to thrive.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
You will play a key operational role in delivering compliant, high-quality procurement activity across the Federation. With a focus on strategic sourcing & tendering, you will focus on, lead and manage end-to-end procurement exercises, including regulated FTS tenders and framework-based awards, maintain oversight of the procurement pipeline, and actively support academies in selecting and using compliant procurement routes. The role has a strong emphasis on forward planning, market engagement, regulatory compliance, and practical academy support to reduce risk and avoid reactive or non-compliant procurement activity.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Minimum Level 4 CIPS qualification
- Public sector experience (at least five years in a similar role)
- Strong experience delivering regulated procurements, including FTS tenders
- Proven use of public sector frameworks and DPSs

- Solid understanding of framework structures, call-offs, and mini-competitions

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Assistant Procurement Officer to provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the Procurement Team on a fixed-term basis, with a primary focus on the onboarding of new academies into the Trust.
You will work closely with the Head of Procurement to support procurement due diligence, data collection, and the structured integration of new academies into the Trust’s procurement arrangements, policies, frameworks and systems. The role will also provide proportionate general procurement support during the contract period.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing focused support to the procurement onboarding of new academies during the fixed term period, working directly with the Head of Procurement throughout each onboarding cycle.
- Assisting with procurement due diligence activity, including collecting, collating and maintaining information on:
- existing contracts and suppliers
- spend data and pricing arrangements
- expiry dates, break clauses and key risks
- Supporting the review, organisation and validation of legacy procurement documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate and suitable for audit and internal assurance purposes
- Coordinating engagement with new academies, including arranging initial onboarding meetings, site visits and follow up actions linked to procurement integration
- Supporting the structured onboarding of new academies onto Trust procurement processes, policies, frameworks and systems, ensuring documentation and guidance is clearly prepared and shared

About the Role
We’re looking for an Outreach Housing Support Worker to join our team and provide high‑quality housing advice and support to young people aged 18–24.
This is a flexible role that responds to the needs of young people in the community, helping them navigate housing challenges and avoid or move on from homelessness.

In this role, you’ll deliver tailored housing advice that helps young people understand their realistic options and take positive steps forward—particularly during times of crisis.
You’ll play a key role in preventing both first-time and repeat homelessness by building strong relationships and supporting meaningful engagement.

About you

The Street Engagement Team is an innovative service that works across the West End/Westminster. The team offers an outreach response to people experiencing homelessness and also leads on several other CSTM projects that cover accommodation and health inclusion service offers.

In the UK today, around 59,000 women and 420 men are diagnosed with breast cancer every year. 1 in 7 women will develop the disease at some point in their lives.
But we believe in a future where fewer people have to face this devastating disease - because we know that at least 30% of breast cancer cases are preventable.
By making changes to modifiable lifestyle and environmental risk factors, we can drive cases down. Our focus on prevention is unique - we are shining a light on the changes we can make at an individual and societal level to prevent breast cancer.
