The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Programmes to co-lead Symphony Collective alongside the Founder & CEO.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an operational and delivery partner who will:

• Develop and implement our cross-pillar delivery strategy
• Embed strong operational systems across all programmes
• Oversee delivery staff, freelancers and contractors
• Ensure safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance standards are consistently met
• Translate vision into structured, scalable execution

While the CEO focuses on vision, partnerships, fundraising and storytelling, you will ensure that Symphony’s programmes run with clarity, discipline and operational excellence.

This role combines programme leadership with embedded operational oversight — it is as much about systems and structure as it is about delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Strategy & Delivery

• Develop and implement Symphony’s cross-pillar programme strategy

Symphony Studios

• Oversee the day-to-day programme delivery within Symphony Studios
• Ensure the space functions effectively as a hub for education, creativity and community life
• Align studio operations with wider programme growth

Programme Areas

Arts — music school (choirs, live instrument tuition, production), podcasts, short films and live events

Academics — exam support (GCSE extra tuition), mentoring, soft skills and wider learning programmes

The Organisation

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of Roehampton Restored – a high‑profile, multi‑million‑pound capital project within the Grade I listed landscape of Richmond Park.

With planning consent secured and enabling works underway, you’ll take responsibility for the built and hard‑landscape elements of the project through RIBA Stages 4–7, delivering a new café, public toilets and cycle hire facilities to an exceptional standard. • Manage the project budget, programme, risks and change control

• Ensure compliance with planning, heritage, environmental and health & safety requirements (including CDM 2015)
• Secure delivery of all BREEAM Excellent credits

About You

To be considered as a Senior Project Manager, you will need:

• Degree in construction, engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

• Strong knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work, particularly stages 4–7
• Experience administering contracts (NEC and/or JCT)

The role

As a Senior Coach you will be working on the frontline delivering high quality one-to-one support to a caseload of young people across London. You will support young people to recognise and capitalise on their strengths by taking a coaching approach. Fiduciary Risk Officer

The Role

We are very excited to announce that we are expanding our Fiduciary Team. We are seeking to appoint two Fiduciary Risk Officers to join our established Fiduciary Risk team working on the financial management of funds and grants awarded to new and existing grantees.  Reporting to the Fiduciary Risk Manager, your main responsibilities will be to undertake complete financial management checks on grant holders, ensuring that the funds given are used as intended and reach the correct beneficiaries. Experienced in financial review and reporting, you will conduct due diligence and use financial analysis to provide accurate, financial reports.

About you

Ideally, you will be a Graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience or have comparable experience in a financial/fiduciary role and, be able to competently demonstrate the following.

• Carry out regular financial management checks through assessment of financial reporting
• Conduct due diligence and report on findings through standard methodology
• Have confidence with desk based or on-site fraud investigations
• Communicate effectively with our grant holders to provide support & guidance, ensuring that grantees fully understand the required financial templates and reporting process

Strong written and communication skills are a prerequisite, alongside proficient use of MS Office and advanced Excel.  Given the geographics of our grantees’ written and communication skills in French is desirable as is experience in working  the charitable/grants sector.

About the role:

The Domestic Abuse Caseworker will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service to ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process. You will work within the team to make proactive contact and provide high quality advocacy and support based upon a client led needs and risk assessment to women from aged 16. You will work across the three boroughs under the guidance of the Angelou Manager, and hold a caseload of survivors as well as working as part of Advance’s duty team on a rota basis which will involve completing intake assessments and providing crisis intervention support. You will hold a caseload of clients who are medium risk, advise on criminal justice and civil remedies, and coordinating the provision of multi-agency support.

About You:

To be successful as the Domestic Abuse Caseworker you will need the below experience and skills.

You will have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on survivors and their children, and of best practice within the domestic abuse sector. You will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. You will have the ability to work well within a team and responsibly on your own initiative, maintaining professional boundaries with clients and partner agencies.

Overall Purpose
 
NHS Charities Together is at a critical stage in its strategy and needs to ensure the NHS charity sector and its operating environment in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland is well understood, supported and positioned for sustainable growth. This fixed-term role will build understanding of, and support the development of, the sector across the devolved nations by combining strategic scoping, membership and financial modelling, and future planning with practical implementation. The postholder will strengthen insight, partnerships and capacity, and help scope what an effective investment, support, and resourcing model for NHS Charities Together’s work in the devolved nations might look like, to maximise impact for patients, staff and communities.
 
Overall Objectives
 
1. Build a robust evidence base across Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland by mapping, scoping and modelling the NHS charity sector, including membership and income-generation potential, to inform strategic planning and sector support.
2. Strengthen member capacity and capability by providing advice, guidance, and practical support to NHS charities in the devolved nations, working closely with other NHS Charities Together teams - including membership and other relevant functions - to ensure coordinated, high-quality support and engagement.
3. Enhance the profile and influence of the NHS charity sector across the devolved nations by building strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting strategic plans and communications, and acting as a bridge between regional insight and NHS Charities Together’s wider work and offer.
4. Support organisational strategy and future planning by contributing to the design and delivery of programmes and initiatives, working collaboratively across teams, and scoping what an effective investment, support, and resourcing model for NHS Charities Together’s work in the devolved nations might look like to maximise impact.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
The main duties and responsibilities of the role holder are as outlined below:
 
1) Lead mapping, scoping and modelling of the NHS charity sector across the devolved nations, including membership growth, income-generation potential and future opportunities, to provide a robust evidence base for strategic planning.
2) Analyse trends, risks and opportunities in each devolved nation, using predictive and horizon-scanning work to inform organisational strategy, partnerships and programme delivery.
3) Build and maintain strategic relationships with NHS bodies, Government departments and other relevant agencies and organisations in the devolved nations, strengthening partnerships that support sector development.
4) Support the development and delivery of strategic plans, programmes and communications, including scoping future investment, support and resourcing models for the devolved nations, to enhance the sector’s profile and maximise impact.
5) Work with the membership and other teams to ensure high-quality advice, guidance and support to NHS charities across the devolved nations, helping them build capacity and capability to engage effectively in programmes, partnerships and initiatives.
6) Hold and apply devolved nations-specific health and care policy, strategy and contextual expertise, ensuring programmes, plans and communications are informed by local policy, strategy and sector context.
7) Work collaboratively across NHS Charities Together teams, including programmes and communications, to ensure coordinated support, effective delivery and shared organisational learning.
 
Deliverables
 
The following deliverables are indicative of the focus of the role during the fixed-term period and may evolve in response to organisational priorities, learning and the external environment.

• A clear and well-evidenced mapping and analysis of the NHS charity sector in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including income-generation potential, membership context and future opportunities.
• Insight and recommendations to inform NHS Charities Together’s strategic and operational approach to working in the devolved nations, including partnership opportunities, opportunities, investment, resourcing and development needs.
• Practical support and capacity-building activity delivered with NHS charities across the devolved nations, informed by sector insight and member needs.
• Strengthened relationships and engagement with NHS bodies, government departments and relevant agencies in the devolved nations to support collaboration and sector development.
• Defined approaches to membership relationships in the devolved nations, developed in collaboration with the membership team and informed by regional insight.
• Contributions to strategic plans, programmes and initiatives, including both design and delivery elements, working closely with teams across NHS Charities Together.
• Clear and accessible communication of learning and insight to colleagues and stakeholders, supporting shared understanding and informed decision-making.
