We’re in the exciting early stages of building something bold, vibrant, and community‑powered — and we’re looking for a Head of Brand, Partnerships & Impact (Volunteer) who wants to help shape how REMIX shows up in the world.
The Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and people‑centred Head of Brand, Partnerships & Impact (Volunteer) to lead REMIX’s outward‑facing work. This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial role for someone who loves storytelling, relationship‑building, and amplifying a movement’s voice.
You will shape how REMIX communicates, grows, and builds influence — from brand identity and social media presence to partnerships, fundraising, and impact storytelling. Working closely with the Volunteer CEO, COO, and Board, you’ll help position REMIX as a trusted, inspiring force for young Londoners.
Time commitment: Very Flexible Volunteer Role. We Highly Recommed around 5–10 hours per week, including:

Key Responsibilities
As Head of Brand, Partnerships & Impact (Volunteer), you will:
Brand & Communications

Lead REMIX’s brand identity, tone of voice, and visual presence across all platforms.

Oversee social media, storytelling, and content that reflects REMIX’s energy and values.

Ensure all communications are youth‑friendly, empowering, and movement‑driven.
Partnerships & Fundraising

Build relationships with community organisations, local businesses, funders, and supporters.

Support the development of fundraising strategies, campaigns, and partnership opportunities.

Represent REMIX externally with confidence, warmth, and credibility.
Impact & Visibility

Help shape REMIX’s impact framework and communicate our outcomes clearly and creatively.

Share stories of change that highlight the voices and experiences of young people.

Amplify REMIX’s presence across London, ensuring we are seen, heard, and trusted.

Job description:
We are looking for 3 candidates to join our volunteer enhanced professional development programme and gain real world experience in your chosen field). While we only have 3 vacancies available through this programme, other options are available if your skills match our criteria.
About the Role
The ePDP Programme Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the Enhanced Professional Development Programme (ePDP) and managing the ePDP Liaison. This position ensures the successful delivery of the ePDP, aligning it with organisational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. The Programme Manager will work closely with senior leadership, Heads of Department (HoDs), and the ePDP Liaison to design, implement, and refine the programme, ensuring it meets the needs of participants and the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Oversight of the ePDP
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the ePDP, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with the Director: HRBP, Legal, IT & ePDP to define programme goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the programme to address emerging needs and industry trends.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Manage and mentor the ePDP Liaison, providing guidance and support to ensure effective programme execution.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, encouraging innovation and accountability.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Heads of Department (HoDs) and external partners to ensure programme relevance and impact.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme progress and outcomes.
4. Programme Design & Implementation
- Oversee the design and delivery of ePDP content, ensuring it meets the developmental needs of participants.
- Coordinate with internal and external facilitators to deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and resources.
- Ensure the integration of feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance programme effectiveness.
5. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Establish a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track participant progress and programme impact.
- Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
6. Communication & Advocacy
- Promote the ePDP across the organisation, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
- Develop communication strategies to highlight success stories and programme benefits.
Required Skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align the ePDP with organisational goals and adapt to changing priorities.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve results.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills to engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills to manage complex programmes, budgets, and timelines.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate programme vision and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in programme management, learning and development, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and implementing professional development programmes.

Animals of Our World Sanctuary, a dynamic animal rescue in Cambodia, is seeking creative Remote Volunteer Social Media Strategists to amplify our voice globally. Partner with our Head Fundraiser, Founder, and core team to craft compelling content that rescues pigs, dogs, chickens, and cows – while building your portfolio with real nonprofit impact.
Operating our House of Strays Sanctuary in Cambodia presents unique hurdles that make your expertise vital. Challenges we face involve extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, and high veterinary costs for our rescues. Economic pressures mean every share and follower counts double, fueling emergency care, habitat improvements, and expansion—your strategies will directly overcome these barriers to amplify our lifesaving work.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more to grow our vegan/animal-loving audience while teaching us your proven strategies and how to keep up with rapidly evolving platform algorithms.
• Develop strategies for viral campaigns, hashtags, and collaborations to boost awareness and donations and share your expertise with our team on adapting to algorithm updates like those prioritising reels, engagement quality, and AI-driven personalisation in 2025.
• Analyse metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and refine tactics based on what resonates.
• Create eye-catching visuals using tools like Canva, with opportunities for video editing and live sessions.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Students, graduates or anyone with knowledge and experience (perfect for resume-building with hands-on strategy experience).
• Initiative-takers with social media savvy (personal or school projects count!), love for animals, eagerness to learn and ready to teach us new tactics.
• Skilled in digital tools (Canva, CapCut, analytics platforms) and strong English for storytelling.
• Bonus: Graphic design, video skills, or experience in vegan/activist communities.
• Available 10-20 hours/week flexibly – fits around classes or life.
Based in Cambodia but open to volunteers worldwide, this role lets you demonstrate your skills from anywhere. No prior professional experience required – just your passion and willingness to hustle for animals!
