Job description

Do you want to help men take their first real step towards a better life?

MINDSET Charity is a brand-new initiative dedicated to supporting men’s mental wellbeing, confidence, and personal growth.

We’re now developing a structured 12-week self-improvement programme designed to give men the tools, skills, and mindset they need to move forward in life.

And we’re looking for someone to build it.

We’re seeking a volunteer Programme Development Manager to design and shape this 12-week journey from the ground up. This is your chance to create a practical, engaging, and impactful programme that helps men take control of their lives, build healthier habits, and develop a stronger, more positive mindset.

This programme is about more than motivation — it’s about real, lasting change.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing a clear and structured 12-week self-improvement programme.

  • Creating weekly themes, activities, and development goals.

  • Incorporating tools and techniques that support mindset, discipline, and personal growth.

  • Ensuring the programme is accessible, realistic, and easy to follow.

  • Working with the team to shape how the programme is delivered and experienced.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone organised, creative, and driven.

  • An interest or experience in personal development, coaching, or wellbeing.

  • Strong planning and programme design skills.

  • A good understanding of habit-building, mindset, and self-improvement principles.

  • A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed.

You don’t need formal qualifications — what matters is your ability to create something structured, meaningful, and effective.

In return, you’ll gain:

  • The opportunity to design a flagship programme from the ground up.

  • Valuable leadership and development experience.

  • A strong portfolio piece within a growing charity.

  • The chance to make a lasting impact on men’s lives.

  • A supportive and purpose-driven team environment.

This isn’t just about creating a programme — it’s about giving men a real step up in life.

If you believe in the power of growth, discipline, and mindset, we want to hear from you.

Join MINDSET and help build a programme that changes lives.
