Role Summary
The Training Coordinator is a member of the Into Film Learning Content Creation team; the team is responsible for the devising, commissioning and delivery of high quality film focused learning opportunities and resources for use in both formal and informal learning settings, including face-to-face and online via webinars and our on demand learning platform. The Training Team sits within this team, and is responsible for Into Film’s CPD (continuing professional development) across the UK.
The main function of the Training Coordinator is to plan, create, deliver and evaluate film-focused materials for our core areas of learning: teaching with film, careers and extracurricular filmmaking. Along with the rest of the team, they also act in an advisory capacity across the organisation on curriculum and pedagogical matters.

Ablaze are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employability Workshop Manager to deliver our Employment & Skills programme workshops for young people aged 16-25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
This role is ideal for someone who has experience planning and delivering engaging workshops, can build positive relationships with young people facing barriers to progression and is passionate about helping them develop the skills and confidence needed for employment.
Alongside workshop delivery, you will support the collection of programme impact data on our secondary school career mentoring programme and contribute to reporting for our business partners. You will work closely with existing members of our team, including our Employment and Skills Project Manager, who oversees the programme, our Employment and Skills Project Assistant, who supports programme administration and our Senior Programme Manager, who manages and oversees all our school based programmes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for workshop delivery as part of the Employment & Skills Programme which take place during:

During these periods, you will deliver workshops 2-days per week and join young people on 1-day work insight sessions at local businesses. Green New Deal Rising is building a movement of young people from every part of the UK to fight for a response to the climate crisis that transforms our economy to deliver a safe climate and a fairer society. As part of our multi-year strategy, we have ambitious plans to mobilise young people, disrupt politics, and force this government, and those that follow, to deliver transformative change. Campaigning will be central to this: shaping the narrative, escalating pressure, and converting people power into political concessions.
You will design and deliver impactful campaign interventions, both on the ground and digitally, and support our movement to do the same. You will be a creative thinker with strong written communication skills, good political judgement, and a desire to empower our movement to get onto the political agenda.
We're a small, agile team, and we all pitch in where needed across our campaigns and organising work. You'll own real responsibility early on, contribute to shaping our direction, and watch your work make an immediate impact.

About The Circle
The Circle is a warm, youth‑designed space for 5–18 year olds who may be struggling with their mental health or at risk of crisis. Instead of attending A&E, young people can drop in for calm, child‑centred support, emotional regulation, and practical guidance. You’ll also work closely with parents, carers and professionals to strengthen wellbeing and self‑management.
What You'll Do
Provide in‑the‑moment support to help young people de‑escalate distress
Use age‑appropriate approaches to reduce the need for medical intervention
Lead emotional regulation exercises and deliver psychoeducation
Co‑produce safety and wellbeing plans with CYP, families and referrers
Offer 1:1 support via drop‑ins or appointments
Signpost families to ongoing local support and build strong community networks
Contribute to creative group activities (e.g., art, music, workshops)
Follow safeguarding procedures and risk processes confidently
Keep clear, timely records and gather feedback to evidence impact
Engage in reflective practice, training and team collaboration
What We're Looking For
You’ll bring at least two years’ experience supporting children or young people in a mental health or wellbeing setting.
