The young people, children and families that we support are at the heart of everything we do at Mermaids. The work that we do has significantly expanded and we now need a highly effective and experienced Youth Advocacy Manager to join the organisation. The Youth Advocacy Manager plays a crucial role in empowering trans youth, advocating for their rights and fostering inclusive and supportive communities where they can thrive. This role is a core part of our management team and will drive the organization to ensure that youth voice is centred across all of our work.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Independent Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate to join the Children & Young People team in Warwickshire, working 37.5 hours a week. The job is home based but there is extensive, daily travel across Warwickshire

This role involves extensive travel throughout Warwickshire travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. If you are unable to drive because of a disability please indicate this in your application in your personal statement so we can explore the feasibility of alternative arrangements.
