Job description

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

Individual Giving & Supporter Care Assistant
Location: Norwich, Ipswich or Cambridge
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary circa £19,500 per annum

EACH are looking for someone to join our small dedicated Individual Giving team, to help deliver multiple campaigns and fundraising programmes while also providing our supporters and donors with a ‘first class’ supporter experience.

The Individual Giving team manages multiple aspects of fundraising including: regular giving, direct marketing, lottery, legacy gifts and low level individual gifts. You will be assisting the Individual Giving Fundraiser in delivering a programme of donor care and supporter engagement to build strong and loyal relationships.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, creative and passionate about fundraising and who understands the importance of creating a personal and tailored supporter experience.

This role is flexible and the successful candidate can be based from any of the fundraising offices in Norwich, Ipswich or Cambridge.
