Job Title: Supporter Services & Data Processing Officer

Purpose of the Job
Deliver excellent supporter services function to support growth in public fundraising. Ensure excellence in supporter experience and care. Support the efficient and compliant delivery and financial reconciliation of our fundraising campaigns and activities. Work across the Fundraising, Finance, Info Centre, and Marketing teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage supporter complaints processes, acting as first point of resolution, ensuring complaints are actioned and responded to in line with FareShare complaints policy.
- Support the Supporter Services and Compliance Manager to develop and deliver management information related to supporter complaints.
- Work with the Finance team to deliver processes to support donor refunds and cancellations.
- Support the Supporter Services and Compliance Manager to manage relationships with external fulfilment houses, payment providers (Stripe, GoCardless), and fundraising platforms (Enthuse, Just Giving, CAF, CAF America) on behalf of FareShare to ensure compliance and optimal supporter experience.
- Further duties as and when required by the fundraising operations team and wider directorate.
- Manage and lead supporter complaints processes, acting as first point of resolution, ensuring complaints are actioned and responded to in line with FareShare complaints policy.
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer service, keeping within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Coordinate and implement training on the use of the 8x8 telephony system for Fundraising and Marketing teams.
- Record all interactions accurately and clearly in Salesforce within agreed SLAs.

Person Specification
- Experience of working in a fundraising supporter or customer services environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent phone manner, including ability to cope with challenging conversations.
- Understanding of financial reconciliation processes and the role of a CRM in effectively managing income processing
- Good problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the fundraising regulatory environment, including the Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice, HRMC Gift Aid regulations, GDPR and PECR.

About the role
The Therapeutic Services Project Manager will lead on performance monitoring and reporting to funders ensuring robust data governance, GDPR compliance and to inform service delivery, development, survivor engagement and organisational performance. This role is critical to embedding a culture of data-driven decisionmaking, using performance monitoring to support high-quality service delivery in line with sector standards and quality assurance frameworks. The Stewardship Officer (Mid-value) role sits within Centrepoint’s Stewardship Team in Individual Giving and Legacies (IGL). The IGL unit has grown significantly in recent years and is forecast to raise £24.7m in FY 2026/27. This role is core to the delivery of the IG Stewardship programme, supporting growth across Mid‑value Cash and Regular Giving audiences.
Working closely with the Senior Stewardship Officer (Mid-value), you will deliver a fundraising communications plan for mid-value donors, who give an annualised value of £1,000-£5,000 - including targeted appeals, inspiring updates and impact reports, as well as supporter events and online webinars. You will support efforts to drive forward stewardship journeys to deepen engagement, build long-term relationships and increase lifetime value.
Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). What you’ll be doing
- Delivering supporter‑centric, integrated campaigns for Mid‑value donors (£1,000–£5,000 annual value), including fundraising appeals, donor journeys, impact reports, events and online webinars
- Working closely with the Senior Stewardship Officer (Mid‑value) to deliver the Mid‑value fundraising communications plan, supporting growth across both MV Cash and Regular Giving audiences
- Acting as the day‑to‑day contact for creative, print and fulfilment agencies to deliver innovative, multi‑channel campaigns
- Monitoring budgets, schedules and approvals to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed KPIs
- Analysing campaign performance and using supporter insights to refine journeys and inform future plans across the Mid-value programme
What we’d be looking for from you…
- Experience delivering direct marketing fundraising campaigns across channels such as direct mail, email, telephone and digital
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage a variety of projects and activities to tight deadlines
- Strong people skills, along with the confidence to communicate with donors and ability to develop strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write engaging copy, also to proofread and critique drafts.

Job Purpose
The Senior Individual Giving Officer plays a central role delivering the campaigns and plans that will achieve the Individual Giving programme income targets. The Supporter Database Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our supporter data is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose. Managing the day‑to‑day operation of MAP’s supporter database, you’ll lead a small, specialist team and work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Finance, Campaigns, and Digital, Data and Technology (DDT) to ensure income is processed correctly, data standards are upheld, and our systems support effective fundraising, campaigning and supporter care.
MAP is currently embedding a new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365). While CRM system ownership sits within the DDT team, this role will be central to ensuring the database works for users, data quality remains high, and operational processes are continuously improved.
