Flying Cars Innovation is looking for a hands-on digital fundraising expert to help create, test and pilot bold new fundraising propositions for charities.
This is not a traditional digital fundraising role. You won’t be spending your time endlessly optimising existing campaigns. Instead, you’ll use your digital expertise to help bring new fundraising ideas to life, starting with early audience insight, moving through idea generation and smoke testing, and then helping clients pilot new propositions capable of generating £1m+ in income.

In this role, you’ll:

Innovation & Strategy: Develop new digital tools, lead AI strategy group, drive product development from ideation to MVP, and foster a culture of innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across teams, manage external agencies, and lead digital collaboration with member charities.
Financial & Risk Management: Oversee £100k+ budgets, ensure compliance, report on performance, and mitigate digital risks.
Digital & Innovation Strategy and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards, maintaining best practices in equality and accessibility. Design and deliver programmes that build awareness and capability around inclusive behaviours.
Data & trends: Monitor, analyse, and report on D&I metrics to measure progress and inform future actions. Stay ahead of trends, lead new initiatives, and represent the organisation in external forums to promote our commitment to inclusion.

This is a practical, hands-on leadership role at the heart of Richmond CVS’s work with local charities and community groups. The postholder will lead our support to voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations across the borough – helping them to grow stronger and more sustainable.
The main focus of the role is to strengthen the fundraising skills and income generation of local organisations, alongside providing high-quality advice on governance, planning and strategy. The role:
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability for an ambitious and strategic Head of Fundraising to lead and expand the RHN’s income generation and manage and drive a high performing team.
The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for generating income from all fundraising income streams: Community, Events, Corporate, Trusts and Foundations, Legacy and Direct Mail (Donor Development). They will oversee all aspects of fundraising, including developing and implementing the Fundraising Strategy, managing key donor relationships, driving forward any capital appeals and leading a team of fundraising professionals.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate, positive and highly experienced individual with a proven track record in senior fundraising roles within the charity sector and experience of successful income generation. Candidates must be skilled on donor stewardship and stakeholder engagement, as well as being a confident and engaging public speaker. Knowledge of fundraising standards and best practice are essential.
Main objectives of the role:
- Establish fundraising priorities and set fundraising goals in line with the wider organisational strategy
- Achieve the fundraising target and KPIs
- Lead on the organisation of a full calendar of fundraising events and activity and ensure applications are made in a timely manner
- Engage with Fellows, Trustees and volunteers to ensure wider RHN engagement
- Engage with internal teams to ensure the timely promotion of events, activities and to ensure engagement
- Work with clinical service teams particularly those areas fully funded by fundraising, to provide case studies and outcome reports
- To work closely with the Communications team to fully utilise social media and the RHN website for all fundraising events and activities.

The Innovation, Development Fundraising Manager is a new role within the charity. The purpose of this position is to work with the Senior Leadership Team and other staff members to:
· Help develop and fund new activities in our existing services.
· Through the development and modelling of pilot projects, help the SLT with the implementation of our three-year strategy and seek funding through trust and grant foundations for the delivery of the above.

Responsibilities and main duties:

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

Evaluation, Reporting & Impact
- Oversee processes for effective grant monitoring, reporting and analysis of grants portfolio.
- Develop and implement an evaluation framework for the charity’s grants programme, ensuring this is embedded and linked to organisation wide reporting mechanisms and measurable outcomes are achieved.
- Use data and insights to inform the continuous improvement of grant-making practices and programme development.
- Utilise information captured to promote grant programmes and support Fundraising and Communications Directorate.

- Support the line management and continuing professional development of the grants team.
- Ensure content and material is in line with Directorate of Fundraising and Communications for marketing, publications, website and social media responsibilities.

Job Title: Research Officer – Fundraising Prospect Research
Location: Rhodes House, Central Oxford (hybrid working)
Contract: Fixed-term – 12-month contract (From mid-March 2026)
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £33,000-£35,000

We have an exciting, new opportunity for a Research Officer (Fundraising Prospect Research) to join the Rhodes Trust, Oxford. This role is based within the Global Engagement department, focusing on Development and Alumni Engagement, based at Rhodes House.
We are looking for the successful candidate to ideally start with us in Mid-March 2026.

The role
The Research Officer will help provide a high-quality in-house prospect research service to the senior leadership team and the Warden (CEO) of the Trust. The Research Officer will report to the Research Manager, work closely with the major gift team located in the UK, Canada, Australia and the United States, and gain first-hand knowledge and experience working as an in-house prospect research professional for a highly regarded educational charity.
The role will be responsible for;
· Providing a high-quality in-house prospect research service to the Development Team and senior leaders including the Warden (CEO) of the Trust, and Trustees, as required
· Contributing to the proactive identification of potential major donors and partners to the Rhodes Trust including alumni, individuals, foundations and corporates
· Delivering a pipeline of briefing materials for the Warden (CEO) and senior leadership team to support key fundraising and stakeholder meetings, events and overseas travel itineraries as requested
· Assisting with compiling and managing a portfolio of additional research materials and projects, including profiles, network mapping, philanthropy reports, and targeted analysis, as well as country-specific content to support the Trust’s fundraising efforts in different geographies
· Recording and managing prospect and stakeholder data using the Trust’s CRM database (Salesforce)
· Role modelling the Trust’s organisational values of commitment, inclusion, belonging, growth and innovation
· Carrying out any other duties relevant to the role, as requested
· Having a deep commitment to the values, ethos and mission of the Rhodes Trust

Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
· Previous experience in an educational Development and / or alumni office – direct experience in prospect research would be a plus
· Reliable and responsible with excellent written communication skills and an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to use initiative and creatively source information to identify opportunities and map connections
· Ability to keep information confidential and exercise discretion
· Experience of accurate data entry and record maintenance; good working knowledge of a CRM system and competency in creating and running reports from a database
· Excellent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
· An interest in the educational sector
