About the role:
The Achieving Potential programme at SHP supports SHP clients with options and opportunities to build their confidence, learn new skills and try new things. We are recruiting to an exciting new post within our team, having recently secured funding to take forward our digital inclusion offer.
People experiencing homelessness are often from the most socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds and are digitally excluded. Digital access is crucial for peoples’ independence – e.g. accessing Universal Credit or GPs, but it’s also fundamental in addressing isolation and loneliness. Feeling connected to others can be the difference between someone continuing their journey out of homelessness or falling back into drug-use due to isolation/loneliness – we want to break the vicious cycle between digital and social exclusion.
As the Digital Inclusion Project Coordinator, your objectives will be to spearhead initiatives aimed at increasing digital inclusion within SHP’s diverse communities. This multifaceted role requires a blend of strategic planning, community engagement, technological proficiency, and environmental stewardship. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders from both withing SHP and externally to develop and implement sustainable solutions that bridge the digital divide and minimize the environmental impact of electronic waste.

The CHWS opened in 2022 with the aim of providing advice, information, and specialist support to Croydon residents with mental health concerns, who drop-in, or have been referred to the via the local Integrated Care Network Plus multi-disciplinary clinical and community mental health support teams.
The Advice Worker will be part of a friendly team, including support workers, crisis workers and clinical mental health professionals and function as the first point of access for visitors to the CHWS. Following an initial conversation to ascertain the clients’ needs, the Advice Worker will provide information and advice, as well as signposting and referrals to specialist services, such as the Mental Health Personal Independence Co-ordinators, Social Prescribers and Community Link Workers, in addition to the wider voluntary and statutory services in the borough. YMCA West Sussex Transitional Housing provides safe, secure accommodation for young people aged 18-25, who have been, or are at risk of homelessness. Our staff team comprises of Supported Housing Support Workers, Housing Mobile Night Workers and two Supported Housing Managers. We offer a support package alongside the accommodation to actively encourage residents into education, training, employment or voluntary work.
In delivering the role, you will work with the Deputy Supported Housing Manager and the wider housing team to provide effective day to day management of our transitional accommodation service. You will have your own caseload of residents, working creatively and effectively alongside young people to develop their assets and talents and to acquire the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives. The Role
As an Active Sports Officer, you will assist in the day-to-day operation and management of The Hub, the largest, most popular outdoor sports facility in central London.

Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including suppliers and Norwood's Technology team, to ensure the smooth integration of equipment into our digital network.

Key Responsibilities:
- To visit services and complete installations, repair, maintenance, reviews and collection of Technology Enabled Care (TEC) equipment, with new and existing service users throughout Norwood’s services in North London, Redbridge and Berkshire.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment installations and resolve these faults both remotely and in person.
- To be responsible for stock and undertake auditing of the stock and maintain current databases according to Company requirements including updating and maintaining asset registers
- Support the IT manager in providing a high level of service coordination to ensure that new projects are delivered effectively.
- To take part in training sessions and attend meetings as required.
- To manage and maintain records, including central records, stock control and budgetary records.
- Train staff in the use of all systems available and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the systems in place.
- To support and promote digital inclusion, independence and empowerment for people using telecare or telehealth equipment
- Produce resources to support progress for users of AT.

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM hands-on functional consultant to add additional configuration capability to the existing team and implement a defined set of deliverables, predominantly around Absence Management.
Consultancy start and end date: This is expected to be a 3-month consultancy from May or June 2024 to August 2024. (There is a fixed 3-month development cycle for this assignment).
Location: Home-based in the UK, with occasional visits to our London office as required.

Essential Requirements for the Succesful Functional Implementation Consultant:
-Hands on experience of configuring Absence Management in Oracle Fusion HCM.
-Effective ability to recommend solution sets or configurations/personalisations that meet or exceed the requirements of business partners while ensuring adherence to best practices.
-Configure against a defined set of requirements and playing these back to the Business Stakeholders for sign-off.
-Experience aligning business processes with Oracle design principles.
-Experience executing testing plans and documenting results accordingly.
-Comfortable using the Oracle Standard Methodology (AIM/OUM).
-Knowledge in task completion such as full-cycle implementation or enhancing within Absence Management, including testing, of Oracle HCM Fusion.
-Training Super Users and internal staff as required.
-Signidficant experience with Global HCM Fusion on large-scale Global implementations.
-Knowledge of HCM data loader.
-Liaising with Oracle Support and Cloud customer connect to log incidents and seek expert advice to resolve issues .
