We work in a variety of settings, so a flexible approach is essential.

Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid have for over 45 years supported women and children with services around domestic violence and abuse. Could you be a part of our team as we continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse?
The region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop in and and community support as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.
Projects supports women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Alongside this, we also have staff offering training and consultancy to businesses and health and social care professionals alike, raising awareness on gender based violence issues.
We seek like-minded women to join our enthusiastic team of workers, all of us passionate about the vital and valuable work we do to support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, and tackling the wider issues of violence against women and girls.
Key Responsibilities:
To deliver a high-quality support and advocacy service to women subjected to

About the Role
We're hiring a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team based in Enfield. In this role, you will support residents with complex mental health needs. Offering 21 beds in a 24 hour supported accommodation to adults with complex mental health needs. We are here to promote independence and give our residents the tools needed to fulfil their lives in the community independently.
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, reablement, and rehabilitation, providing person centred and trauma informed support in a psychologically informed environment (PIE), to empower residents to achieve their goals and improve their well-being. Here, you’ll support individuals transitioning from complex care or acute mental health services to a structured rehabilitation setting. An exciting opportunity to transform young people's lives and play a central role in our new residential programme at Jamie's Farm Skipton. Following the success of our day visits, our residential programme will launch in January 2027. We are looking for a skilled and organised Programme Coordinator to join our growing delivery team, helping to shape and deliver meaningful programmes that support young people to thrive.
What is Jamie’s Farm? Jamie’s Farm is a charity that supports young people by combining therapeutic work, farming, and purposeful activities to help them thrive. Through residential visits to our working farms, we provide a nurturing environment where young people can reflect, build confidence, and develop the resilience they need to overcome personal challenges.
Known within the organisation as ‘Programme Coordinator’
More about the role: This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our programme delivery. You will spend much of your time working directly with young people, helping them engage fully in farm life through the shared routines and activities of the day, from feeding rounds and walks to mealtimes and evening activities. You will also plan and lead practical gardening and horticultural sessions, helping young people experience the purpose and satisfaction that come from meaningful work.
Alongside this, you will play a crucial role in coordinating up to 20 visits per year, acting as the key point of liaison with partner schools and organisations, from the point of booking through to meaningful follow-up support after the visit has ended.
About you: We are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience working with diverse groups of young people, with excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills. You will be able to build strong relationships with young people and adults alike across a range of settings, influence and motivate others, and contribute positively to the wider vision and goals of the charity.
You will have knowledge of gardening or horticulture and the confidence to plan and deliver engaging practical sessions with young people. Experience in a school, social work or similar setting would be helpful. Warm, patient and collaborative, you will be excited by the opportunity to contribute to farm life and help shape our developing residential programme at Skipton.

This is a home based role that needs to be within easy travelling distance to Leeds.
The Support & Outreach Coordinator will join the existing Support & Outreach Team, consisting of three other members. The key function of this role will be to support patients and their families through their journey with aplastic anaemia and related bone marrow failure conditions. This role will also have responsibility for recruiting, training and supervising volunteers in order to expand our current support offer. Finally, the role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with treatment centres, healthcare professionals and partner charities.
Aplastic Anaemia is a rare life-threatening auto-immune disease that stops the bone marrow from producing blood. The Aplastic Anaemia Trust is the only charity in the UK focused on aplastic anaemia. We fund research to improve treatment, provide expert information, and work tirelessly, at grassroots level, to support every aplastic anaemia patient and their loved ones. The Aplastic Anamia Trust is a small but might charity consisting of twelve team members, all of whom work from home and are located across the UK.
We are looking for a compassionate, warm and emotionally intelligent person to join our dynamic and motivated team. The role is 16 hours per week with core working hours to be agreed. Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid have for over 45 years supported women and children with services around domestic violence and abuse. Could you be a part of our team as we continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse?
The region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop in and and community support as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.
Projects supports women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Alongside this, we also have staff offering training and consultancy to businesses and health and social care professionals alike, raising awareness on gender based violence issues.
We seek like-minded women to join our enthusiastic team of workers, all of us passionate about the vital and valuable work we do to support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, and tackling the wider issues of violence against women and girls.
Key Responsibilities -
To support and engage young women (and their children) in refuge and in the
community, who have experienced abuse, through group and individual activities,
involving them in the evaluation and development of the service.
Experience Required -
Of developing and delivering creative ways of engaging with young women
Of organising and running one to one and group activities with young women and children.
Of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with external agencies
Of working within safeguarding guidelines to protect and promote the well-being of children and vulnerable adults.
