Main Purpose Of The Job:
The Events and Community Fundraiserwill take responsibility for the planning and delivery of Homeless Oxfordshire’s events and third party events, and provide exceptional care to our community fundraisers. Working closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and Partnerships Fundraising Manager and the wider Fundraising and Communiations team, they will plan and run a calendar of events to engage our community and corporate supporters, as well as the general public, with the aim of raising money for and awareness Homeless Oxfordshire.
They will work with the Community Fundraising Manager to develop and build relationships with community and corporate supporters, and give talks to community groups (schools, faith groups, local organisations etc.) to encourage their support for the charity.
Main Areas Of Responsibility:
Events Planning And Delivery
· Oversee planning and delivery of our community and corporate events including the Golf Day, Race Across Oxfordshire, the Business Breakfast, HOxStock, and the Thank You event.
· Liaise with venues, suppliers and contractors to ensure all events are well planned and professionally run.
· Manage all event communications, from invitations, registration, to event day and follow up, ensuring an excellent support journey throughout.
· Support the Community Fundraising Manger on third party events, including Homeless Oxfordshire’s participation in the Oxford Half Marathon, the London Marathon, London to Brighton bike ride and other challenge events.
· Manage and plan event day activity at third party challenge events.
· Support community groups who are running their own “in aid of” events for Homeless Oxfordshire, providing materials and promotion and attending events where appropriate.
· Ensure timely communications and stewardship of all challenge event participants.
Community Fundraising
· Support the Community Fundraising Manager to research and identify community fundraising prospects, and deliver communications and approaches to engage schools, colleges, faith groups and other community organisations.
· Give talks to community groups (schools, faith groups, local organisations etc.) to encourage their support for the charity and represent Homeless Oxfordshire at community fundraising events.
· Support the Partnership Fundraising Manager to steward employee fundraising activities e.g. bake sales, Giftmas collections etc.
· Work with HR and the Community Fundraising Manager to recruit and manage Community Fundraising Volunteers who can give talks to community groups.
· Work with the Community Fundraising Manager and Marketing and Communications Manager to develop presentations and resources to enable volunteers to represent Homeless Oxfordshire at community events.
· Oversee the administration linked to community fundraisers, including updating the database with communications and monitoring and managing fundraising materials.
· Support community fundraisers to use and register on third party platforms e.g. JustGiving, Enthuse, providing encouragement and tips for securing sponsorship and funding.
· Ensure timely and professional communication and interaction with community supporters, and prompt thanking of fundraisers and donors.
· Take responsibility for responding to/redirecting all emails to the shared fundraising inbox.
· Undertake other relevant duties, supporting the Fundraising and Communications team as required.
General Duties:

What the job involves
We’re looking an Events and Community Coordinator to join our Events and Community Team. We’re a results-driven team focused on maximising opportunities, reaching ambitious goals, and delivering an outstanding experience for our supporters.
Our team raise funds through a range of activities including:
· our own events (e.g. March for Men)
· virtual products (e.g. The Month Series)
· third party events (e.g. London Marathon)

You’ll be our first point of contact for our fundraisers, providing admin and support through telephone, email, and social media channels. You’ll build and manage relationships with existing and new supporters. From registration to the end of their supporter journey you'll help motivate during challenges, offer fundraising advice and ensure thanks at the end of a first-class experience.
Whilst each Coordinator has a primary area of responsibility across different types of events, you’ll also work across teams to support where needed during busy periods of activity. This role sits within the Community Fundraising sub-team, supporting people organising their own fundraiser, from bake sales to head shaves and unique walking and cycling challenges. Day-to-day, you’ll manage our inbox and proactively reach out to new fundraisers to offer support and guidance, as well as delivering core processes like thanking, fulfilment and volunteer management in collaboration with other internal teams.
You’ll also work with our Communications teams. This supports the planning and delivery of our activity. You'll help engage with our digital adverts and identify compelling supporter stories. At Trinity Hospice, we provide compassionate care and support to thousands of patients and families across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre each year. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events Fundraiser to join our Fundraising and Communications Team for a two-year contract. In this role, you will support the development, planning and delivery of a wide range of fundraising events across the Fylde coast. You’ll also work closely with our members across the sector to build confidence, skills and long‑term capability, delivering or facilitating high‑quality fundraising training, mentoring and resources. Your efforts will be particularly focused in the areas of regular giving, events, corporate income and fundraising strategies. Through your guidance, local organisations will build skills, ambition and long‑term resilience ensuring no organisation is left behind because of confidence, connections or know‑how.
You won’t just be supporting others but you will play a pivotal role to help Barnsley CVS grow stronger. One day per week will be spent supporting our own initiatives to generate sustainable income that helps Barnsley CVS expand its support offer, deepen its impact and champion the sector long into the future. This could be anything from supporting bid writing to exploring new income streams to innovative fundraising.

About the Role
Location: Predominately home based but must be available to travel to London for meetings and attend Trekstock events
This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led role at the heart of Trekstock’s fundraising, with real responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership within a growing team.
You’ll take ownership of key income streams including challenge events, corporate partnerships and supporter care, helping us grow income while delivering a brilliant experience for everyone who supports Trekstock.
You’ll work closely with existing partners such as Fujifilm UK and The National Lottery, while also contributing to the development of future partnerships. This is a role for a confident starter‑finisher who enjoys taking ideas from concept through to delivery and seeing work through with care and impact.
From managing our iconic Trek This City event to building long‑term partnerships with corporate supporters, you’ll play a key role in bringing new people into our community and keeping them connected to our mission. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, build strong relationships, and make things happen in a small but mighty team.

We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic fundraiser with a track record of delivering and leading major donor fundraising, membership schemes, corporate partnerships as well as securing significant funds from Trusts and Foundations.
The Fundraising Manager is responsible for implementing the charity’s fundraising strategy to increase our fundraised income to support all areas of our activity. This will be achieved by connecting donors and supporters to our mission to delight and unite communities through the power of live performance and participation.
The charity has ambitious plans for the future. We will continue to invest in the beautiful Theatre Royal Winchester. With the absence of Arts Council England National Portfolio funding, we will be transitioning to a new structure and funding model for future Hat Fair festivals. As Centre Fundraising Manager you will develop and implement a centre specific fundraising plan to raise income from the community through a variety of fundraising sources.
You will be responsible for effectively and autonomously managing the full portfolio of activity relating to the centre and to manage complex networks and relationships which have a wider national focus.
You will also be responsible for fundraising across a range of income streams including businesses, individuals, community groups, volunteers and media contacts.
There will be a requirement to work irregular hours as well as occasional overnight stays and UK travel.
