In this role, you’ll analyse performance across our website, email and social channels, using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Sprout Social and Dotdigital to turn complex data into clear insight that helps shape how we plan content, campaigns and digital improvements across the College.
Working closely with colleagues across the Content and Brand teams, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand what’s working, where we can improve, and how we can enhance the digital experience we provide for our members.

What you’ll do
- Gather, analyse and present performance data across the College’s digital channels, including website, email and social media.
- Maintain analytics dashboards across platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Sprout Social and Dotdigital, providing clear and regular insight into performance.
- Produce reports highlighting trends, high-performing content and opportunities to improve engagement.
- Identify patterns and trends in digital performance data and translate them into practical recommendations that improve content, campaigns and user journeys.
- Monitor website traffic, search performance and user journeys, identifying opportunities to improve SEO and emerging generative search optimisation (GEO) and discoverability.
- Work with colleagues to ensure content is well structured, tagged and optimised for search and accessibility.
- Manage email segmentation and testing activity to improve targeting and audience engagement.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for colleagues across the organisation.
What you’ll need
- Experience analysing and interpreting digital performance data from platforms such as GA4, Search Console, Sprout Social, Dotdigital or similar tools to shape content and marketing decisions.
- Strong understanding of SEO and GEO, website performance and digital engagement metrics.
- Experience creating dashboards, automated reports and data visualisations.
- The ability to translate complex data into clear and practical recommendations for non-specialist colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and priorities.

Experience in a membership organisation, charity or not-for-profit environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

This will involve close collaboration with the Senior Programmes Design Manager and our partners.
- Developing and overseeing integrated marketing and communications plans for the programmes and campaigns – considering objectives, audiences, channels, timelines and KPIs - in close collaboration with Community Integrated Care’s in-house internal and external Marketing and Communications team and operational colleagues, and our partners, to ensure that we reach and empower our target audiences.
- Identifying, delivering and collaborating on profile-raising activations with partners (e.g., events, co-branded campaigns, ambassador activity, PR opportunities) that celebrate the charity, extend reach, and support a more inclusive society, working with Community Integrated Care’s external communications team – including PR and Media, Social Media, Policy & Public Affairs and Design specialists.

Role Overview:
The Senior Digital Marketing Officer will play a critical role in shaping and delivering this digital presence. You will be responsible for translating our values, services, and impact into compelling, accessible digital content that reaches diverse audiences, drives engagement, and supports income generation. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Communications and the Senior Communications Officer, the postholder will ensure that First Steps ED’s digital communications are ethical, inclusive, data-led, and aligned with our organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on digital communications, performance, and audience engagement.
- Deliver an integrated communications that supports income generation, awareness, influence, and service delivery.
- Evaluation of First Steps ED’s digital presence across website, social media, email, and paid digital channels.
- Ensure digital communications are accessible, ethical, on-brand, and data-led, strengthening First Steps ED’s public profile and engagement with key audiences.
- Set social media frameworks, objectives, and performance indicators.
- Manage content calendars, paid campaigns, optimisation, and analytics across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- Own email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), performance tracking, and optimisation.
- Produce regular newsletters, ensuring they are newsworthy, well-designed, and properly formatted.
- Own SEO strategy, Google campaigns, and digital advertising.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in digital communications or digital marketing role, preferably within the non-profit sector/ charity sector.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Journalism or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Skills:
· Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copy-editing and proofreading skills.

About the role
The Web Optimisation Manager plays an important role in improving the performance of Christian Aid’s website and digital platforms, helping ensure our digital experiences effectively attract, engage and inspire supporters to take action. With a strong focus on digital fundraising, you will use data and insight to understand how people interact with our website and identify opportunities to strengthen supporter journeys and increase engagement.
Working with analytics tools and behavioural insight platforms, you will explore how users navigate our website and help identify areas where we can improve the experience. You will plan and deliver A/B and multivariate tests to better understand what works for our audiences and support ongoing improvements to user experience and conversion.
You will develop our technical SEO approach, contributing to web audits, keyword analysis and site performance improvements that help ensure Christian Aid’s content is visible and accessible to the people who need it most.
Working closely with our Digital Development Team, you will contribute to improvements and new features that enhance supporter journeys and campaign performance. You will also collaborate with the Senior Digital Content Editor and colleagues across teams to ensure content aligns with SEO best practice and supports the organisation’s content plans.
As our web performance specialist, you will help translate website data into clear insights that colleagues can act on, using dashboards and reporting to support data-informed decision making and continuous improvement across the organisation.
About you
You are a digitally curious and analytical professional who enjoys improving online experiences. You have experience analysing user journeys and website performance, using tools such as GA4, Tag Manager and SEO platforms to understand how people interact with digital content. You are comfortable identifying friction in user journeys, developing practical recommendations to improve engagement and conversion, and working collaboratively with developers and content teams to implement improvements.
Experience with CRO testing, GA4, CMS platforms such as Drupal, and technical SEO will help you succeed in this role, alongside strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Islamic Relief UK (IRUK) is recruiting for the position of Senior Graphic Designer to be based from its Waterloo Office, London. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model.
As a key member of the Creative Content team, the Senior Graphic Designer will lead on and produce all aspects of creative design and branded materials. Responsible for ensuring heightened creativity and brand consistency, the Graphic Designer will act as a brand guardian, leading creativity across the organisation to elevate IR’s brand.
The Graphic Designer will lead on creating engaging designs for a variety of briefs from ideation through to concepts development, design and final creative products for Islamic Reliefs fundraising, marketing, advocacy, UK programmes campaigns and initiatives.
They are responsible for producing a diverse range of high-quality, innovative, and engaging digital and print materials that showcase IR’s progressive humanitarian work both nationally and internationally.
The role involves creating and developing visual assets across multiple channels, including direct mail packs, posters, leaflets, project booklets, fundraising materials and emergency appeal communications, social media graphics, digital ads, event marketing materials, advocacy campaign assets, website visuals, and published reports. The post holder will also occasionally support video production for campaigns.
This position requires a strong combination of creativity and technical expertise to deliver and coordinate all aspects of design work. The successful candidate will be comfortable working to tight deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality outputs that align with IRUK brand guidelines.

- A qualification or relevant experience in Graphic Design

• Build journeys that maximise conversions and build loyalty. This includes high-quality creative fundraising writing, concepting, and messaging development.
• Ensure all supporters are thanked and updated in an appropriate and timely manner, working with the team to ensure coverage and that all interactions are in line with our supporter promise.
• Cultivate deeper engagement with supporters beyond transactional interactions, explore opportunities for meaningful dialogue and a sense of community.
Collaboration & Cross-Selling
• Work with the wider PCR team to maximise opportunities for fundraising and patient impact, specifically leading on cross-selling meaningful cash and support propositions to other audiences (e.g., events participants, community fundraisers, and campaigners).
• Work with Agile principles in mind, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to plan and deliver high-quality work.
• Build key relationships across teams within and outside Public Fundraising to achieve successful fundraising outcomes.
• As required, represent PCR externally, promoting our work and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Database and Compliance
• Develop your existing experience and affinity for supporter data to improve outcomes for supporters.
• Hold a very good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, as well as the Fundraising Code of Practice.
• Work with our tools and seek to improve knowledge and use of these, including Access CRM, Fundraise Up, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Wordpress and MailChimp.
Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:
• Fundraising Expertise: Proven experience in an Individual Giving role(s) with a track record of managing both digital acquisition and offline appeals (direct mail/telemarketing) for a charity or social cause, as well as significant experience in retention, marketing communications, supporter services.
• Agency Management: Experience managing creative, fundraising and digital marketing agencies, to deliver a variety of campaigns or activities across multiple channels.
• Digital Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Business Suite, Google paid advertising, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
• Strategic Thinking: Evidence of leading successful integrated campaigns resulting in significant income or lead generation.
• Audience development: Led development of successful new propositions for cross-selling across existing audiences.
• Creative Skills: The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for various channels.
• Financial Acumen: The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on campaigns across all channels.
• Supporter Experience: A strong desire to provide excellent supporter experience and customer journeys to everyone who encounters PCR.
• Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative and innovative mindset with a desire to test, learn, and work with stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Agile Working: Experience working within Agile project management frameworks would be beneficial.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of WordPress website optimisation and plugins, or a strong desire to learn.
• Passion: A strong belief in the work we do at PCR, and a demonstrable desire to improve outcomes for patients through our work in fundraising.

The Digital team sits within our Marketing & Commercial department and is responsible for Battersea’s digital output. Our focus is to drive innovation and impact online.
