Are you passionate about shaping modern digital platforms and delivering secure and reliable services at scale? As the M365 Engineering Lead within Cadet Digital Services, you will play a central role in designing, developing and improving the CadetNET Microsoft 365 environment that supports tens of thousands of cadets and volunteers across the United Kingdom.
You will lead the M365 Squad and guide the technical direction of the CadetNET platform, ensuring it remains secure, governed correctly and aligned with Defence and public sector standards. You will work closely with the Product Owner to plan roadmaps, manage migration activity and support the onboarding of multiple cadet organisations into a single shared platform.
In this role you will oversee identity, security, compliance, collaboration tools and core platform services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID and Intune. You will shape architectural decisions, set engineering standards and provide day to day leadership to engineers and administrators who maintain the tenancy.

Responsibilities
· Lead the technical delivery of the CadetNET Microsoft 365 tenancy across its full lifecycle.
· Develop the CadetNET platform strategy in line with CDS product strategy.
· Provide day-to-day leadership for the M365 Squad, setting priorities.
· Oversee the architecture of the CadetNET tenancy, including identity, security, networking, governance, and compliance.
· Work closely with the Product Owner to shape roadmaps, migration plans, and phased onboarding of cadet forces and user cohorts.
· Lead technical decision-making on tenant configuration, identity models, device management, security tooling, and information protection.
· Ensure compliance with MOD standards for security, accreditation, data protection, and Secure by Design.
· Establish and maintain platform standards for configuration, automation, documentation, and operational support.
· Oversee tenant configuration, user onboarding, domain management, and service configuration for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
· Represent the M365 platform in wider CDS technical, security, and architecture forums.

Role purpose
Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and Website developments. Our Digital Transformation Team will drive this change programme, working with colleagues and external digital partners; and subsequently deliver our on-going digital strategy implementation and development.
You will support the Digital Transformation Lead to refine and implement Adoption UK’s digital strategy, to deliver our digital transformation project. Working with internal and external stakeholders the team will ensure that the project’s vision and scope meet the business and operational needs of the charity. An important part of your role will be to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and particularly with our Marketing and Communications team to integrate digital into all current and upcoming projects.

Key accountabilities:

Main Duties

Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Grounds and Woodland Team, including workforce planning, training, and upskilling.
- Actively undertake practical work alongside your team, including planting trees, grounds maintenance, and woodland management, setting a high standard of workmanship.
- Promote and ensure staff safety, compliance with H&S standards, and proper use of PPE.
- Conduct performance reviews, support professional development, and encourage a positive team culture.
- Woodland and Land Management
- Lead and actively carry out woodland and small-scale forestry works, including tree planting, pruning, and silvicultural management.

- You are confident driving a medium wheelbase, high-roof van (additional training available if required).

- You are willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including 5–7 days per week when required, with some weekends for special events or seasonal work.
- You are comfortable working outdoors in most weather conditions.
- You have experience or knowledge of working on land-based activities, managing woodland, or a related field.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & Teams

Desirable Qualifications and experience:

- Qualifications in countryside management, environmental management, forestry, or related fields are desirable.
- Experience or knowledge of working on land-based activities, managing woodland, or a related field. Experience with tree planting, pruning, general landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping machinery is desirable.
- Able to use GIS (mainly ArcGIS) and a range of other mapping applications

About you
The person in this role will collaborate across teams and provide research and project support to our team; support development and delivery of content on our digital platforms and manage the application and accreditation process for Carer Confident.
You’ll have excellent customer service and relationship management skills as well as good organisational skills. Good knowledge of CRM systems and IT packages and systems is a must have and you’ll also have strong writing and research skills.
During this 12 month contract you’ll learn more about Carers UK and develop your understanding of unpaid carers and the challenges they face. You can also expect to develop your research, project management and customer service skills.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to attend our office at least one day a week.

Location
Hybrid – with regular travel to shops and centres within Nottinghamshire region. Post holders expected to be working flexibly across their community 4 days out of 5, within minimum 1 day per week from our Nottinghamshire Centre – and attend regular team meetings in an agreed location.
Due to the scope and nature of the role, you will need to live within, or in close proximity to, Nottinghamshire. You will be required to have a valid driving license and access to a car to enable you to travel freely across the area without reliance on public transport.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (with occasional weekend and evening work as and when the role requires)
Role Purpose:
You will be responsible for Community, Events and local Corporate fundraising across the Nottinghamshire Region. You will deliver excellent stewardship to supporters and volunteers and develop relationships with key local contacts who can help to further Jerry Green Dog Rescue’s mission.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the wider charity to ensure you are offering the best possible supporter experience. You will attend local events with, and through, volunteers, work with colleague in our retail sites, and spot other opportunities to promote Jerry Green Dog rescue in your community and drive support for our work.

Key Outputs & Tasks:
Community Fundraising
- Identify, engage and steward individual and group supporters, developing strategies to promote fundraising activities and grow income from your local area.
- Proactively pursue local business partnership opportunities, developing a pipeline of potential corporate support and making applications to secure support.
- Provide high quality stewardship of individual supporters, groups and businesses within the community, responding to enquiries in a timely way and ensuring relationships are developed and maintained at a high standard.
- Represent Jerry Green Dog Rescue as the first point of contact within the community for Nottinghamshire, promoting our mission, vision, and values alongside fundraising and volunteering opportunities.
- Ensure that the fundraising CRM is up-to-date and develop regular reporting mechanisms to inform the Volunteering and Community Fundraising Manager of outputs and results, and support understanding of local audiences.
- Act as a champion for fundraising compliance across the organisation, ensuring adherence to relevant legislative requirements.
Volunteering
- Work with the Volunteering and Community Fundraising Manager and Volunteering Assistant to recruit, induct and train volunteers to support fundraising and other relevant initiatives in the local community.
- Work collaboratively with the wider organisation to recognise and celebrate volunteers that support the charity.
Other duties
- Contribute content for marketing communications including; social media, newsletters, local media to support marketing objectives and increase our engagement with potential supporters.
- Keep up to date with sector trends and developments in community fundraising and volunteering.
- Work collaboratively and purposefully with your team and the wider department and organisations to build strong working relationships and to be an internal ambassador for Fundraising and Marketing.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
· A target-driven and tenacious professional with some experience in community or corporate fundraising, or a similar role with transferable skills in relationship building.
· Entrepreneurial, with a drive to seek out new opportunities to drive income generation and pursue them with a continual eye on hitting KPIs and targets.

As the Volunteering Development Manager you will lead the coordination of volunteering across the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust Estate. In this role, you will strengthen the systems, processes, and guidance that help volunteering flourish. Through our Refugee Homelessness Prevention Project we want to build on the learning and experience we’ve gained over the last 20 years and increase our impact in local communities across Greater Manchester. We are therefore looking for an experienced trainer who is proactive, well‑organised and able to build strong relationships in local communities.
This is a varied and community‑focused role, suitable for someone who is comfortable facilitating training, enjoys meeting people in a range of settings and is keen to help others feel confident in offering housing‑related guidance.
In accordance with the Christian ethos and values of Boaz Trust, the Housing Access Training and Development Officer is responsible for developing and delivering a training and resources programme that builds the capacity of organisations and communities across Greater Manchester to support people recently granted refugee status in accessing private rented accommodation.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Officer, working predominantly in the South London area, to lead the development and delivery of river and catchment restoration projects.
