Salary

Guide salary: circa £55,000 depending upon experience. Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Your new role

This role welcomes candidates from commercial or charity backgrounds with skills in partnerships, business development, and team leadership. It’s a rare chance to work at the intersection of media and charity within Global, home to the UK and Europe’s biggest radio and outdoor brands, including Heart, Capital, LBC, Classic FM, Smooth, Radio X, and Gold.

As Head of Partnerships for our charity, Global’s Make Some Noise, you’ll lead the strategy that drives high-impact corporate partnerships, working with national broadcast platforms and Presenters to generate income and create meaningful impact for small charities across the UK.

Reporting to the Fundraising and Marketing Director and leading a small, high-performing team, you’ll deliver ambitious targets through a mix of media-led sponsorships and traditional charity partnerships, ensuring no one faces life’s toughest challenges alone.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Development & New Business (40%): Lead the Partnerships team to achieve ambitious income targets by identifying and securing innovative, long-term partnerships. This includes broadcast-led sponsorships, celebrity charity challenges, community campaigns, “Charity of the Year” partnerships, retail and cause-related fundraising collaborations, and special events sponsorship. Oversee the full partnership cycle from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and contract completion.
• Account Management & Partner Delivery (30%): Manage senior relationships with corporate partners, ensuring excellent delivery against objectives while identifying opportunities to grow partnerships. Work closely with marketing, events, and commercial teams to deliver seamless activations and demonstrate strong ROI through media exposure and fundraising outcomes.
• Team Leadership & Strategy (30%): Lead, motivate, and develop the Partnerships team, ensuring strong performance against targets and delivering exceptional partner experiences. Set clear objectives, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative, solutions-focused culture aligned with Global and Make Some Noise values. Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce), deliver income and pipeline reporting, and ensure all partnerships comply with fundraising regulations, brand guidelines, and contractual requirements. Provide insights to senior leadership to support strategic planning and budgeting.

Purpose of the Role

The Clinical & Research Lead role provides senior clinical leadership across Together for Short Lives’ most complex and high-profile programmes. The role leads the design and delivery of national clinical initiatives, strengthens clinical governance and safeguarding oversight, and builds the organisation’s research and evidence capability.

Working closely with the Head of Services & Impact, the postholder ensures programmes are credible, evidence-informed and deliver measurable impact for children, families and the wider sector. The role will lead work that strengthens professional practice, improves outcomes for families, and supports national sector development. The role involves significant external representation, national stakeholder engagement, programme planning, research and data oversight, and leadership of internal and external events.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

· Represent Together for Short Lives in national clinical, policy and professional forums, contributing to the organisation’s credibility and influence across the children’s palliative care sector.

· Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of internally hosted stakeholder meetings, including the Leaders of Care Forum and other professional engagement events.

· Provide professional and reflective input into complex organisational decisions relating to clinical practice, programme design and ethical engagement.

· Build strong relationships with practitioners across health, social care, education and voluntary-sector partners to support implementation of clinical programmes and foster collaboration.

· Engage with Integrated Care Boards, Strategic Clinical Networks, and children’s palliative care providers to ensure our work aligns with national priorities and regional needs.

Programme Leadership & Project Oversight

· Provide senior leadership for the planning, development and delivery of clinical and service-improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.

· Oversee the development of project briefs, initiation documents, outcome measures, risk registers, evaluation plans and implementation timelines.

· Hold responsibility for monitoring progress, quality assurance, and risk management, escalating concerns to the Head of Services & Impact as required.

· Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure effective collaboration with external organisations, hospices, NHS partners and charitable funders.

· Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines and budgets.

· Support the development of robust programme models, theories of change and outcomes frameworks that strengthen the organisation’s ability to secure external funding.

· Contribute to the development of cases for support and programme proposals in collaboration with fundraising colleagues.

Research, Evidence & Insight

• Lead the organisation’s research prioritisation programme and support development of a national children’s palliative care research agenda.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic partners, research institutions and clinical leaders to strengthen the evidence base for children’s palliative care.
• Support development of evaluation frameworks that demonstrate impact, learning and outcomes across programmes.
• Contribute to the organisation’s longer-term ambition to develop a ‘Centre of Impact’, positioning Together for Short Lives as a national authority on evidence and insight in children’s palliative care.
• Ensure research and evaluation activity is ethically robust, appropriately governed and aligned with sector priorities.

Data, Impact & Reporting

· Provide oversight and leadership for data collection, monitoring and reporting processes across the Services & Impact portfolio.

· Line manage the Data & Impact Officer, ensuring robust reporting systems, high-quality data, and meaningful evaluation of programmes.

· Ensure outputs are translated into insights that demonstrate effectiveness, equity, reach and learning - supporting fundraising, influencing and strategic decision-making.

· Support development of improved feedback mechanisms from families and professionals to evidence the impact of support offers and clinical programmes.

Professional Support, Education & Sector Development

· Contribute to the development and dissemination of clinical resources, guidance, toolkits and training for professionals working with children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.

· Support national programmes of work, including definitions of children’s palliative care, categories of need, standards, workforce development and professional education.

· Facilitate knowledge exchange and best-practice sharing across the sector through networks, events, workshops and targeted professional engagement.

· Deliver presentations, training sessions and clinical briefings to a wide range of audiences.

Family and Service Engagement

· Work with colleagues across the Services & Impact team and external partners to ensure projects reflect the lived experiences and priorities of children and families.

· Support co-production activities and ensure family voice is meaningfully incorporated into project design and evaluation.

· Promote and signpost to the Family Support Hub and relevant offers, ensuring clear and consistent messaging about available support.

Governance, Quality & Reporting

· Provide additional clinical oversight and challenge across the organisation’s work relating to safeguarding, ethical engagement and complex family situations.

· Contribute to strengthening organisational clinical governance processes and risk management.

· Provide expert advice to colleagues on safeguarding, ethical engagement with families, and complex clinical issues arising from programme work. Contribute to internal reporting cycles, board updates, quarterly programme reviews and funder reports.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, data dashboards and risk logs.

· Provide expert advice to colleagues and stakeholders on clinical considerations and best practice in children’s palliative care.

Outline of Role
As RCF enters this exciting stage, there is huge demand for our support in a wide range of global contexts, and our key challenge is to ensure we have robust institutional capacity - systems and procedures - to attract and effectively administer growing levels of investment.

A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that women are provided with a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. The post holder will support children who have witnessed or experienced domestic violence and plan and provide stimulating, safe, and appropriate play opportunities.

About Chapter One 

Chapter One's mission is to ensure that every child has 1:1 reading support at the time they need it most. We want a world in which all children have the literacy skills they need to thrive.

Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme currently supports about 3,500 children a year. It pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 180 local and national businesses. The volunteer task is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. The results are transformative, boosting children's reading confidence and ability.

We have set ourselves ambitious targets and want to support 3,900 children by 2026/27, so this role, with responsibility managing, stewarding and nurturing our existing corporate partners, will be crucial to ensuring that we have sufficient volunteers and support to achieve this target. 2026 has been designated by the Government as the National Year of Reading, so we have a great opportunity to capitalise on this and secure business commitment for our work!

About the role 

Chapter One is seeking a proactive, energetic and enthusiastic Corporate Partnerships Officer to be an integral part of a team which aims to both maximise corporate income and deliver an excellent partner experience. 

Reporting to our Corporate Partnerships Manager, but also working closely with our Business Development Manager, you’ll support them both to deliver our annual volunteer targets and maintain our strong partner retention rate (currently 84%). This will involve supporting the account management of a portfolio of existing partners and the responsibility to nurture relationships to increase partner investment in Chapter One over time. The role involves collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for volunteers and partners.

This role represents a great opportunity for an early career professional to learn about charity-business partnerships in a dynamic, small charity which is flexible and agile.

Key Responsibilities 

Partner Stewardship

• As determined by the Corporate Partnerships Manager, lead the account management of a selected portfolio of corporate partners, achieving annual retention and growth targets for these partnerships.

• Focus, in all corporate partnership discussions, on maximising income and identifying opportunities to grow a partner’s support.

• Plan and conduct a regular cycle of partnership meetings, including mid and end of year reviews, proactively seeking out new opportunities that will maximise income and retain and grow partner support. 

• Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to produce high quality written communications, reports and pitches as per the requirements of each partner, collaborating with the Data and Systems Officer and other teams as needed.

• Advocate effectively, with passion and enthusiasm, for Chapter One’s programmes in a variety of internal and external settings.

• Ensure, in conjunction with the HR and Finance Assistant, that partners are invoiced for their Chapter One donations accurately and in a timely manner. 

Partner/Volunteer Onboarding and Experience

• Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager, Head of Corporate Partnerships and Volunteer Support Team to ensure that partner and volunteer onboarding is a smooth and positive experience. 

• Lead volunteer recruitment meetings as requested by partners, including presenting the programme to prospective volunteers and creating excitement and interest. 

• Alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager, use internal systems to assign partner teams and volunteers to specific schools and ensure that their needs are met.

• Build proactive, supportive relationships with Volunteer Coordinators across partner organisations, providing timely, high-quality data and insights, and delivering an excellent partner experience to foster long lasting relationships.

• Work with Programme Manager team, Volunteer Support Team and IT team, to troubleshoot any issues that arise. 

• Support the Programme Management team to liaise with partner contacts about the organisation of in-person school/office visits and virtual meet and greets.

• Attend Chapter One’s internal Volunteer Experience group and Corporate Engagement Group.

Marketing and Communications

• Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that companies and volunteers have access to an array of promotional assets and recruitment materials.

• Contribute content for the regular volunteer and corporate partner newsletters, including working with partners to gather volunteer testimonials and partner profiles.

• Encourage corporate partners and volunteers to promote Chapter One through their own social media and channels.

• Support the organisation of online and in person partner and volunteer recognition events.

General

• Oversee and maintain specific Account Management related processes, including stewardship plans, recording of activity on the Salesforce CRM and internal spreadsheets and platform databases.

• Regularly use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to analyse data and support decision-making.

• Conduct administrative duties as required to support the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Corporate Partnerships Manager.

• Attend conferences and events to represent Chapter One and talk about its work to existing and potential new partners.

Overview

Working closely with the Finance & Resources Director, this newly created role will be a key member of UP’s Finance team, supporting the charity to successfully deliver the charity’s strategic plan. You will provide accurate financial information, robust accounting controls and support for budgeting and programme costing, helping the charity operate efficiently and sustainably.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in charity or not-for-profit finance, confident in accounting software (Xero) and with strong Excel skills. You will be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Individual Giving Coordinator will help grow unrestricted income by creating and delivering engaging fundraising campaigns and supporter experiences that inspire people to give and stay connected to our mission. 

Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering our Individual Giving programme across varied income streams, from cash and regular giving, to legacy and in-memory giving. You’ll help coordinate multichannel fundraising campaigns, write compelling communications for supporters, manage day-to-day enquiries, and keep our CRM system up to date.

We are looking for a Head of International Programmes to be responsible for delivering an international strategy, and developing the capacity and reach of the charitys global network to best meet the needs of its beneficiaries.

ABOUT THE JOB

Job Purpose 

We are looking for an exemplary people-oriented administrator to provide administrative support to the Gestalt Centre CEO and the workstreams she manages. An important role in the organisation, working with senior leadership and across teams, in a welcoming and supportive environment with opportunities to learn and grow on the job.

Areas of work and responsibility

• Administrative Support to the Gestalt Centre CEO
• Coordinate and support projects and workstreams the CEO leads on: Operations, Communications and Marketing, Short Courses and Post Graduate Qualifications, HR, Finance, Policies, Fundraising and Health & Safety.
• Liaise with the CEO and the leadership team to update the organisational plan and workstream plans, also keep track of relevant priority actions and progress.
• Provide administrative support for governance processes such as the Annual Financial Audit, Trustee Board meetings, the Charity Commission and Companies House submissions.
• Provide administrative support to the organising and running fundraising activities and events.
• Administrative support and coordination for the annual planning of Short Courses and Post Graduate Qualifications programmes. 
• Organise, provide administrative support, and attend as appropriate, weekly operational meetings, monthly Executive meetings, and other project meetings, led by the CEO. Prepare meetings set up, information and any required papers in advance. Organise dates, taking and sending out minutes and coordinate follow-up actions ensuring progress and completion.
• Liaise with the CEO to prepare, format, edit and update reports and policies for internal and external audiences to a high standard.
• Provide a professional first point of contact for the CEO and as required liaise with her and the leadership team in order to respond to emails or phone calls and organise follow up meetings.

The Talent Lead will be the driving force behind CALM’s Ambassador and Talent work, ensuring our high-profile supporters are deeply integrated into our mission to prevent suicide. 

This role is the bridge between our influential voices and our core impact areas of campaigns, press, content, social, fundraising and service delivery. This is a strategic, leadership position that requires a high level of collaboration, expert relationship management, robust operational oversight, and a passionate commitment to CALM’s life-saving work.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and retention 

• Lead on maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with talent and their management teams, working with the Communications Officer to ensure seamless and efficient stewardship and comms that streamline updates and inbound requests 

• Work closely with the Head of PR & Comms to develop and realise an Ambassador strategy that aligns with our overarching organisational goals and an ambitious targeted recruitment strategy 

• Lead proactive outreach and attend industry events to elevate CALM’s profile. Identify talent with lived experience that aligns authentically with our cause

• Oversee the digital evolution of our talent community, working closely with the Communications Officer to develop new and existing comms channels that connect us with our Ambassadors and their teams, management of contact data within Salesforce, and ongoing monitoring of Ambassador social, press and partnership activity

• Beyond the creative and relational, you will oversee the operational excellence of the department. This includes:

  • Leading on impact reporting and ongoing monitoring of Ambassador activity to measure success.

  • Managing the full lifecycle of talent engagement, from creating and managing contracts to ensuring all activity is integrated with our Stories and Safeguarding protocols to support both Ambassadors and their teams.

Collaboration 

• A key part of this role is high-level collaboration with the Fundraising team. You will ensure that corporate partnerships, challenge events, major and individual giving initiatives are fully supported, managing the high volume of Ambassador requests with a strategic lens

• Lead on the Talent integration with Fundraising to realise our contractual commitments with funders, and deliver added value to income-generating activity across the full Fundraising mix

• Work collaboratively with the Communications Officer and Social Media Manager to deliver industry-leading collaborative content, providing regular, high-impact updates to keep our supporters engaged and informed.

• Work with the wider MarComms team to advise on our wider creator strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach to how we engage public figures 

• Support the Head or PR & Comms to manage Talent-specific press requests, including scheduling and briefing 

Your profile 

Essential Criteria

• Significant experience in talent management, artist relations, or high-level PR/communications

• Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with celebrities, influencers, and their management teams (agents, publicists, and assistants)

• Extensive experience in talent-led PR, end-to-end media campaign management, and protecting brand integrity through strategic reputation oversight 

• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

• Ability to develop and realise long-term talent and recruitment strategies that align with wider organisational goals 

• Highly professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and influencing ability

• Proficient in monitoring and evaluating talent activity, using data to produce high-impact reports for senior leadership and stakeholders

Your role is central to how we involve our community from the very start. You’ll be the Campaigns team lead on ensuring our community is meaningfully involved in developing our campaigns, and you’ll work closely with our Involvement Manager on this. You will also lead and coordinate volunteers, and ensure they have what they need to contribute.

We’re looking for a Senior Campaigns Adviser who brings creative ideas and strategic thinking and can navigate relationships with care and confidence.

• Lead agreed areas of campaign activity and deputise for the National Campaigns Manager
• Ensure people affected by MND are involved throughout campaign development
• Recruit, lead and coordinate volunteers
• Plan and deliver campaign activities and events across England, Wales and Northern Ireland
• Measure and evaluate campaign delivery against agreed targets
• Write and update campaign resources, including emails, e-actions and toolkits
• Build and send supporter emails and e-actions
