About the Role
Smart Works is now hiring a People Coordinator to form part of an interim team structure during a period of maternity leave.
This is an exciting 12-month opportunity for someone who has previously worked in an office environment, has good administrative skills and would like to gain experience in both HR and recruitment within a non-profit organisation.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Personalisation Budget Performance and Insights Lead to oversee the performance, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Greater Change Personalisation Fund.
This innovative £1 million partnership between Birmingham City Council, Greater Change and Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) aims to improve outcomes for people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing multiple disadvantage through personalised financial support.

Purpose:

Your key focus is to lead and empower a team of specialist Debt Advisors who operate at the intersection of complex financial distress and significant personal vulnerability. Participation in the wider Church and Client Support management team. This includes working with other Team Managers in your department, taking ownership of decisions pertinent to your area and covering responsibilities as needed when other managers are absent. Overseeing Specialised Client Support
