This is an essential car user post. The applicant must hold a current UK driver’s licence, with no more than 6 points, have access to a car and be able and willing to drive UK wide as required.
This senior role requires flexibility in working hours and location. It is primarily offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in our Amersham, Buckinghamshire, office each week. We are looking for Sessional Workers to support Advance’s Criminal Justice Services. Advance’s Criminal Justice Services work with women involved in the Criminal Justice System offering safe, targeted support and advocacy to women to help them address their complex needs in relation to the 9 pathways to offending, such as substance misuse and financial difficulties, aiming to reduce re-offending, encourage desistance amongst repeat offenders, and empower women to live safe, crime free lives.
You will be working in a team of Community Keyworkers in your region. Each Keyworker will provide one to one community support to women with a variety of needs simultaneously and will be co-located with partner organisations in their region. You will be expected to travel to Advance’s Head office in London for any organisational meetings and training, as and when required.

The selected candidate will be experienced in successfully securing, managing, and developing corporate partnerships at six-figures and above, from initial prospect research to contracting and ongoing stewardship. The person will also have experience networking to build and manage relationships that lead to major gifts, particularly in the corporate world with senior non-profit volunteers. You will have first-class interpersonal skills and will be a natural ambassador in this externally-facing role for the organisation.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices for at least two days per week. The salary for this role is £60,000 to £75,000.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide proactive administrative support to multiple allocated teams, ensuring effective coordination, organisation, and timely delivery of activities.
• Coordinate diaries, meetings, and events, including preparing agendas, circulating papers, and recording actions and notes as required.
• Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external administrative enquiries, managing communication efficiently and escalating where appropriate.
• Prepare, collate, and quality-check papers, reports, and presentations for internal meetings, senior leadership and Association forums.
• Maintain accurate and secure records and filing systems in line with organisational policies, data protection, and information governance requirements.
• Use organisational systems effectively and support departmental compliance with internal policies, controls, and procedures.
• Work collaboratively within the Central Administration team to provide cover, balance workloads, and support wider organisational priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and ways of working across the or Foundation.
